β β β β β Brought my friend here because of food poisoning but he was diagnosed as normal stomachache by the doctor here, went to Hospital Kuala Lumpur the next day and had the gastric lavage there and become better finally

β β β β β It takes 1 hour to see a doctor and u have to wait another 15 to 30 minutes to get all ur medicine. They should improve their customer waiting time as well as their serving time. Orang yang sakit bertambah sakit yang tak sakit akan sakit. The nurses pun not that friendly.

β β β β β Absolutely horrible clinic. Went there because my gf is sick. Doctor checked her symptoms like it's a bloody burden. Told him the symptoms. And all he did was check her blood pressure. Check her breathing but only from the front of her chest. And pressing the bloody stethoscope on her chest so hard like as if her chest was an object. Asked him what his final diagnosis was. And he just told he his giving medication for all the symptoms I told him. Asked the nurse and all she could tell me was what the medicine was for and not what sickness she had. It was late and they do a half assed job will never return again worst doctor and staff team I've come acrossed.

β β β β β Its rated poorly due to few reason.
1. The clinic of this 24 hours is charging way higher compared to others. Had to go coz this clinic is the one nearest and the pain was not bearable.
2. The clinic is so not clean like others. There is dead flies and some kerepek on the floor. Also not forgetting tissues after use. None are cleaned and left it there like they dont care.
3. The doctor was too not understanding and was only writing indefinable notes on his Samsung pad even though patient I brought was in sick pain. Requested for an injection for fast recovery as the pain was unbearable but was told its gastric only and will give medicine. I could get gaviscon and give it as well though.
4. The time taken to just get to meet the doctor is like meeting a girl for a "date". Seems like he was asleep before.
The clinic does not deserve more than 0.5 star
