I was in shock! Was in Klinik Putra just now. A family rushed into the clinic with an unconscious young lady asking for help. The nurse turned them away, told them they should go to the hospital instead.The doctor didn't even come out from the room to at least check on the unconscious lady! The despair family quickly left. I went to the reception counter, asked the nurse why didn't at least check or help call for ambulance. She just shrugged her shoulder, smirked and said don't know anything (implying not their business).
Klinik Putra doctor and nurse, you're in the industry of saving lives, shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the most sickening situation at the clinic today. Nurse in duty refused a fainted Indian patient to see the doctor. Citing it as emergency and not their bloody business. Where's your Hippocratic Oath, my dear doctor????? Smirk when asked why can't the doctor have a look. Can't even call an ambulance on behalf, for goodness sake?? Last visit ever.

High price bill given and medicine that was not useful to me. Had to go to another clinic a day later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic accept the x-ray appointment for Foreign Worker Fomema. Appointment make at 3pm. We reached 2.10pm. The nurse refuse to take the passports. Prioritised all other local patient come in after us. Even no patient at all. Still keep us waiting.... Till reaching 3pm.
If you don't treat human rights equally. Don't apply for Fomema recognized clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give "No Star" if possible. Since the recommendation to post a review must a least leave 1 star, so here my rant. I highly recommend this clinic improve their receiptionist service especially upon answering enquiries from customer via phone call.
Before heading to the clinic, I already ask few important questions with intention to makesure everything went ease. Already ask whether the clinic open on Thursday night (24th December 2020) also ask until what time the clinic operation hours for that day.
I'm fully aware Thursday night is a festive night a day before Christmast celebration, so that's why I made a phone call right away.
The one answered my phone call, said the clinic will be open till 11:00pm @ 23:00pm on that day. I'm strictly not making any false statement, I have recorded phone calls audio as well as a solid proof to my statement.
Sadly when we went to the clinic, arrived 07:55pm @ 19:55pm, the clinic were CLOSED!
Truly disappointed, with the call ettiquette & the services provided. Will never attend to this clinic ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Brought mum for wound dressing at night. The doctor was not the one carrying the procedure but a “nurse” aka receptionist. While the doctor just stand and do nothing. The nurse is very rough in the whole procedure! Won’t go back anymore!
