★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went here for pcr test.Then this clinic doesnt have a proper schedule about the resting time,time for swab test n pcr test.i had been waited for 3hours since the staff didnt give me a correct information.Also,the staffs are unfriendly.

I really disappointed with your staff who do the RTK and PCR . I don't know her name ! But really disappointed with her attitude really rude, we not come here check for free we are paying money!!! She so rude with patients and with old lady also . ??

Today my father got appoitment booster shot in mediviron.i bring my father go there i dont know wheather she is ( indian ) doctor or staff very good the girl really very good..she inject my father very good my father never fell any pain..still got nice person not all be same ..tq u very much...good service ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Went there for ART (or RTK) test as a VTL travel requirement. The Indian staff who performed registration plus the nasal swab not only showed bad customer service but was rude. Not only that. We had done a number of nasal swabs by different professionals so far and she was the roughest. My 10yo cried as she just poked so rough without even giving any alert prior. Please bear in mind we are your customers which is your source of salary: if you hate your job then please quit. Will not return to this clinic unless they improve their ground level staff quality:

If u want to do Covid test, u better go others klinik early.
This klinik hv to walk to pintu belakang and wait.
Even raining day also no tolerate, and I bring 2 children 6 and 3 years old for Covid test.
