β β β β β My father came at noon today for booster vaccine as per mySejahtera appt but the doc turned him down without any reason & asked my father to come back after 3pm.
Cant the doc call my father earlier to inform him on the change of time?.
My father is a 75y/o man with walking difficulties & is this the way he should be treated????

β β β β β Mysejahtera appointment is 2pm, but when we reach there at 1pm the clinic was closed and ask us come back at 3pm.
Believe that clinic always closed at noon time until 3pm, and without notify patients with appointment.

β β β β β My family's clinic, from my mum were small until everyone has grown up. Definitely recommended for his professional services. But, the timing is always off since the doctor has aged. Doctor comes a while in the morning, and then some time in the evening. It's quite difficult to meet him nowadays
