★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY expensive clinic. doctor prescribe based on "trail and error". he will say "if still don't recover come back to see me" and get few hundred ringgit prepared in wallet before visiting. do not accept card/ e-wallet etc BUT extremely pricy... medicine is so-so.. normally wont recover in 1 time visit. will need to get own remedy outside from pharmacy or other clinic. staff is pretty rude and casual. they rather chat inside and laughing loudly but refuse to do their job quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staffs , they do not look at you when they talk. Clinic was empty and still they could not attend to me , the patìent properly. Clinic was dull and had sad feel to it.
The dr was also not in mood and dull.
Medication was prescribed loose and not named.very very unhappy with the service and price charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive and unhelpful staff. I paid RM100 for tougue ulcer. The staff asked me if I pay by cash or by card and I said paid by card. However, she said only can pay by cash. The doctor is an Indian women but the cop on the official receipt is Chinese name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this clinic,is quite good.i was examined by female Indian Dr shalinni.she was quite professional and soft.she explained in details and was gentle.i had terrible cut in my wrist part.she handled situation very well.
Apart from it their medicine was expansive and chargers are in high side.but treatment are good.highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ever bad experience for my maid body checked up, the Chinese guy doctor wan earn money to requested more checks, otherwise he will reject approval due to urine. Then I checked with nurse, They seem mix up and cover up the report. Anyway I sent my maid other clinic immediately, everything is fine. Then I sent her government hospital requested by formema, everything is fine too. I got my maid permit approved.
I will never go back this clinic, for worse and rude doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night I was having terrible backpain and I made a called to the klinik at 9.15pm asking them what time they closed. They told me 9 45pm. I told them I be coming and ask them to wait and the nurse said ok will wait for me. When I arrived at 9.30pm the shutter were half shut down the door is locked and th nurse tole me is closed. I told them I called before I come and the nuse said she will wait for me.
Very rude inexperienced. If you are closing plse dont ask me to come
. Really passed off with this attitude tol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are professional (Dr Shalini and Dr Casey). However, I had very bad experiences with the nurses. This is not the first time i visit this clinic, almost every time my visit I will experience very rude attitude and treatment by the nurses as if i owe them money. Just speaking about last night, I was very very sick I felt very dizzy and about to faint away, the nurse told me to check temperature so i stepped forward. When I was waiting them all they did was chatting and laughing and left me alone waiting. So I asked politely do you need to check my temperature because they wont stop talking as if I wasn’t there. One of them answered rudely “Wait la!” Then after checking she threw the thermometer on the table rudely. Do not expect them to be very professional but at least, please learn how to behave and control your(nurses) manners.
