โ โ โ โ โ My mom has been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Past few years I have been a patient here. The DR. & staff are friendly and efficient. Price might seem slightly higher than near by clinics but it works for us.

โ โ โ โ โ When I came to this clinic, I was very shock by the doctor attitude and service. The Malay doctor (Monday morning) is very impatient, very rude and unfriendly. Unprofessional and no sense of empathy at all, the doctor communicate to me with this fantastic and fabulous way: Awak ingat kami doktor untung banyak kah? Saya doktor ganti sahaja you tau? You ingat doktor lain tak payah rehat? Pakai lah otak fikir logik. You ada penyakit ini, you tak tau ah?

โ โ โ โ โ I don't like the Indian lady at the service counter. She is very rude and inefficient.
She just give the medicine and didn't explain well about how to apply it. She wanted to finish the payment transaction so fast. She is not suitable for working as pharmacy's. Dr Nathan is very good even the price is expensive.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Nxxxx, a malay doctor there (I guess he was a locum), is a kinda rude and impatient and has tainted my impression forever. After I explained to him my symptoms, an on and off fever more than 2 weeks, I asked him whether I can have referral letter to private hospital, he suddenly raised his voice telling "did I write here you need to go to hospital"? "I know what I am doing" and "you want to go hospital, have you finished your medicine first?" in a very synical, grumphy way. I am stunned with his rudeness and lack of empathy. I have been to private and non private clinics, this is first time I face such behaviors. He is not friendly, not a good listener, he didnt care to tackle patient's emotional, all he care is to settle prescription quickly. A good doctor be it locum or part time, should have treat customer properly. We paid for the services. But if he dont like to do locum or just doing it to pay bills, he should have left since he cant provide better services.

โ โ โ โ โ Me and my husband had our terrible experience with Malay Doc (Kelantanese Guy) last Sunday night. This arrogant doc didnt do much his part and so unprofessional in answering our concern. His unethical behavior and rudeness towards pt is so unacceptable. Please upper management do something to his fellow for the sake of your clinic. I believe alot of complain have been lodge regarding this particular person and seems no action been done. We(patient) pay for the service and we simple dont just go to the clinic for fun. (obviously because we are sick) And the real medicine that cure the illness beside medication is simply a nice gesture. I believe we all agree with this. Please do something to this rude doc as we (pt) are really sick with his behavior. I can just go to other clinic. But if u still keeping this doc for your business, u will get nothing but a pile of complaint n it will tarnished your good reputation.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are suffering from any kind of pain, never go here. I repeat, NEVER. The so called pharmacist (an old woman) who thinks she knows everything will rudely attend to you. Being a pharmacy graduate, I knew exactly what was happening to me and what I needed. The lady was treating me as if I knew nothing. The doctor, Dr Darshini would only prescribe a very basic medication and all the unnecessary medicines. You would be paying more than RM150 for something very unnecessary. I wanted to get the consultation of Dr Avtar, but I was then tricked (literally tricked!) into the consultation room. I only knew that I was to be attended by Dr Darshini after sitting in the consultation room. A very bad experience, a very bad decision. Never go there. NEVER.

โ โ โ โ โ Met an Arrogant Kelantanese Doctor guy on 17 March 2014, it brings me a very disappointing moment, the Doctor was very unprofessional in doing his role. He is a Malay with Kelantan's slang, unfriendly, unpleasant, untidy appearance (saw he smoke outside the clinic before seeing) and not sincere in doing his job as a Doctor. He looks like to underestimate on his patient, treat patient like '*orang kampung'* uneducated person who doesn't know anything. Bad service.
