★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ni teruk betul. Bila sampai disana tutup tapi notis kata buka dari jam 2-5 pm. Bila ws kata hari isnin just walk in. Siapa yg salah sekarang. Dah sampai sana, sy call tapi diangkat. Ws x di balas. Dah lama sikit baru dibalas. Maaf pun xde. Sy sungguh sedih sebab ini perubatan islam. At least cakapla maaf.
 This place is really bad. When you get there it closes but the word notice is open from 2-5 pm. When ws said Monday just walk in. Who is wrong now. I got there, sy call but was picked up. Ws x in reply. It's been a while since I replied. Sorry xde. Sy is very sad because this is Islamic medicine. At least say sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah booking pagi2 Isnin nak datang buat rawatan. Admin dh confirm pusat rawatan dibuka & boleh datang walk in. So, saya amik halfday. Travel 1 family menempuh jalan jammed dari Petaling Jaya ke Selayang selepas waktu zohor. Tiba di bangunan Selayang Center Point waktu hujan, saya mencari2 pusat rawatan dekat 15 minit baru jumpa pejabat. Keliru nampak signboard syarikat lain dari car park, tapi rupa2nya di situlah pusat rawatan. Dah sampai depan pintu, pejabat bertutup berkunci walaupun dah dekat pukul 3 petang. Tiada siapa2 pelanggan pun menunggu. Call 2 org admin x berjawab, 1 org jer jwb. Admin jawab whatsapp 'perawat datang malam sebab baru keluar hospital'. Itu je dia jawab, jauh sekali nak mohon maaf. Hangin 1 badan dibuatnya. Memang itu 1st & last datang sini. Sikap & servis teruk macam ni mencemarkan nama baik agama Islam & merosakkan kempen BMF.
Booking early Monday morning to come for treatment. Admin dh confirm the treatment center is open & can walk in. So, I'm kind of halfday. Travel 1 family traveled the jammed road from Petaling Jaya to Selayang after hours. Arriving at the Selayang Center Point building during the rainy season, I searched the nearest 15 minute treatment center to find an office. Misunderstood the other company's signboard from the car park, but it looked like a treatment center. Already at the front of the door, the closed office was locked even at 3pm. No customers are waiting. Call 2 admin x answer, 1 org jwb. Admin responds to whatsapp 'nurses come night because they just left the hospital'. That's the answer, so much for apologizing. He made 1 body wind. It was the 1st & last coming here. This kind of bad attitude & service tarnishes the good news of Islam and undermines the BMF campaign.
