β β β β β 1. Staff tak professional, tak peramah, dan slow walaupun ramai yang bertugas. Pernah buat PCR test and staff tak inform result even after 24hrs. Saya terpaksa pergi ke clinic untuk dapatkan lab result sebab dah dapat result via message dan MySejahtera. Bila tanya staff, staff kata terhilangkan hardcopy lab result. Staff juga sering bersembang dan mengabaikan pesakit yang datang.
2. Dr Dheevia tidak mesra pesakit. Saya ke clinic 26/4 sebab sakit tekak dan badan panas nak demam. Request MC tapi dia deny MC dengan alasan saya dah datang pada 10/4. Walhal 10/4 tu sebab sakit mata dan saya tak ambil MC walaupun doctor yang bertugas waktu tu offer MC. Hasilnya, sekarang demam saya makin teruk sebab paksa diri pergi ke pejabat selepas diberi time slip. Saya faham mungkin doctor nak elakkan penyalahgunaan MC tapi doctor kena tengok juga samaada pesakit tu memang ada trend atau tidak. Bukan semua orang sama untuk dipukul rata macam tu.
*Saya datang sini sebab ini panel clinic. Lepas ni malas nak datang. Lebih rela ke non-panel.
 1. The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and slow even though many are on duty. Ever made a PCR test and staff did not inform the result even after 24hrs. I had to go to the clinic to get the lab result because I got the result via message and MySejahtera. When the staff asked, the staff said the hardcopy lab result was missing. Staff also often chatted and ignored incoming patients.
2. Dr. Dheevia is not patient friendly. I went to the clinic on 26/4 because I had a sore throat and a fever. Request MC but he denies MC on the grounds that I came on 10/4. But 10/4 was because of eye pain and I didn't take MC even though the doctor on duty at that time offered MC. As a result, now my fever is getting worse because I forced myself to go to the office after being given a time slip. I understand that maybe the doctor wants to avoid the abuse of MC, but the doctor must also see whether the patient has a trend or not. Not everyone is the same to be beaten like that.
*I came here because of this clinic panel. Then I'm lazy to come. More willing to non-panel.

Jangan datang clinic ni lagi! Benci!
