โ โ โ โ โ Counter staff forgot the word is call POLITENESS. They way the indian lady and the melay guy asking questions or explain about medication was so rude. If the klinik management ask me to rank them my answer will be most worsts staffs. I hope the management look serious into this issue. As a front liner pls be a manor and polite with people. Social media was more faster then people now days. Don't let someone captured your activities and upload on social media. Will update to jbt kesihatan also.
