★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik paling teruk aku pernah pergi. Dgn reception indian sibuk main game tgk phone mcm berckp dgn tunggul.
Plus, doktor yg mmg rude. Siap ckp dtg time awk tengah demam tu baru saya bg mc, and aku replied saya tk larat doktor nk drive time demam. Dia boleh ckp ha itu saya tk boleh nak tolong lah. Tk professional langsung. Last aku pergi klinik ni even klinik panel and dkt dgn rumah.
And suke hati aku la nk buat pcr/rtk test dkt klinik mana pun doktor tu berangin plak tnya kenapa tk buat kt sini? Its because i dont want to and its my money. Aku dtg pun sbb kau klinik panel aku. Sakit hati betul
 The worst clinic I've ever been to. With the Indian reception busy playing games without a phone, I was talking to a stump.
Plus, the doctor is rude. Ready ckp dtg time awk tengah demam tu baru saya bg mc, and aku replied saya tk larat doktor nk drive time demam. He can ckp ha, I can't help it. Kindergarten directly. Last time I went to this clinic, it was even a panel clinic and I got home.
And I'm glad he did a pcr/rtk test at any clinic, the doctor has a windy plaque, why don't you do it here? Its because i dont want to and its my money. I came to my panel clinic. It hurts right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I apologize but i have to say this; manners really is important.we patients come to seek help from you but from my experience coming here, i can honestly say even in desperation i will find another clinic to go to despite being such a close distance to where I live. the nurses were okay but i just can't find any pleasant words to describe the doctor. am dissapointed because a few years back i went he was friendly now he is just very bitter. you asked me what's wrong and when im telling you interrupted with 'tak payah beat around the bush la' which honestly made me terkilan. itu belum termasuk lagi part you said about 'boleh cakap melayu tak saya tak faham la you cakap English' which i felt was very unprofessional. I can understand you are tired but if you're going to give a horrible service then please reconsider closing earlier so you can open to a fresh new day with a pleasant attitude and service. your rehat hour was 7-8 pm and i came around 8:30 pm not close to the closing hours. Please learn up on work etiquettes because people might opt you for the clinic with the rude doctor and might not want to come for more than once.
