★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ni teruk. The worst ever. Nurse dekat counter tak friendly. The way they talk on the phone pun biadap. Bukan nak racist. But that indian girl yg jaga counter was so rude. Harga rtk and pcr murah sebab the way untuk dapatkan result pun sucks. Better go to other clinic to get the real result. If the result dia tak pasti, they wont do another test, they just assume you are covid positive. Worst clinic ever.

Considering the risks of Covid-19 infection in CLOSED POORLY VENTILATED PLACES you should review the setup. The 2 wall mounted aircon were woefully inadequate when I went there for my booster on 11May..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They from old town move to jalan gasing. I come for antigen test. The nurse no manner & when I do test the nurse very rude make me feel pain. I did so many antigen test before at different klinik but this is the 1st time i feel so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service given by the Indian lady at the reception counter!!! She called people by “oi eh! You pergi belakang sekarang!!! People ask what’s the booster shot for today she replied with a stared and a bad tone saying kita bagi booster sahaja!!! Hello people come with an appointment given and ask what the booster shot to filled in the form and you mofo not happy with the job keep it to yourself !!! Don’t let it out to other people !!! Will not come back here no matter what !!! And to all who wants to come to this klinik think again
