★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hated and tried my best to avoid going to the dentist for many years! I had a bad experience but overall, I hated and was really scared of the needle and the actual pulling of my tooth or scaling/refilling. Basically anything to do with dental, I told myself no way and I avoided at all cost!!
Recently, I was forced to go the dentist as I had a tooth which the filling came out and there was a big hole. In fact, I went to a few dentist just to avoid extracting the tooth since I was afraid. They all told me the same thing, have to pull out and can't save it. I didn't listen and finally 1 of them said OK but no guarantee. I said ok!!
To cut short, that tooth gave me so much problems and pain after that, I had to pull it out. Thanks to Dr Maanprit and her team, they made it so comfortable and she took extra care to comfort and keep me relaxed from start to finish.
I am so grateful and so thankful to them for changing my mind about dentist in general. I highly recommend anyone who has this same fear as me, to go and check out Pristine dental in Jalan Gasing and look out for Dr Maanprit!! Thanks Doc and thanks nurse Mala!! My heroes!!

Frankly speaking my overall experience at Pristine Dental Clinic @ Gasing was one the best I’ve ever had from any healthcare provider ever!
From the minute I set foot in the Clinic, every attempt was made to make me feel at ease. For me, this was vitally important— the experience of physical pain is not only limited to the physical, there is also an emotional dimension to it and to have the burden of the latter steadily decrease is already winning half the battle.
While waiting for my turn, I was served excellent hot tea by Qistina (excellent hot tea is hard to find btw) and while doing the x-ray, DSA Mala’s warm infectious personality put my nerves at ease. To cap it off, I knew I was in good hands when I was listening to Dr Maanprit’s thorough explanation & later, the effort she put to ensure the pain I felt was minimal. Indeed I dare say this is the first time I totally didn’t feel any pain at all while having my gums injected multiple times! I guess that happens when the needle is being directed not only by the head but also by the heart and the heart is in the right place
In my experience, many healthcare providers impart the qualities of ‘professionalism and being clinical’ very well, but unfortunately they do it in a manner that often lacks warmth and the human touch. But the Pristine Gasing team is different—they are NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL but they also overflow with warmth, the human touch and most importantly, empathy
Without reservation and without exaggeration, I would rate my experience at Pristine Dental@ Gasing as 5 stars.
Indeed if I could give them 6 stars, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are few dentists in kl with such professionalism. Just went there yesterday. Dr Sanjit did a scaling of a lifetime was so impressed by the detailed explanation and treatment. Service was impeccable! I've already recommended this place to family and friends and more! Had to write a review. Hopefully this place wins awards in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually detest visiting the dentist, having had many bad experiences in the past - from bland, impersonal environments, to high costs, to treatments that fail within a short period, to PAIN. Pristine Dental@Gasing has changed my opinion of dentists forever.
The warm and welcoming ambiance of the waiting room is echoed in the staff's demeanour. The treatments are reasonably priced. And, best of all, Dr Maanprit Toor is the personification of caring - she's gentle and friendly (putting even my aunt who suffers from mental illness at ease), and she recommends the most suitable, rather than the most expensive, solution.
Thanks to the wonderful team at Pristine Dental@Gasing, I am now resolved to making dental visits a regular feature of my healthcare regimen.

Dr Maanprit and her team truly eases the experience with their utmost professionalism and warm hospitality. If you are ever afraid to visit a dentist, one visit to Pristine and it truly change your experience forever.
Coupled with the cozy home like environment clinic (including coffee and tea on the house ?), they have some of the latest technologies and machines which helps ease the entire process.
Special thanks to Dr Maanprit for her utmost professionalism and patients in conducting the treatment. She indeed comforts the patient well and ensures the procedure is done smoothly with very minimum discomfort. Thank you Doc!
Truly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a Dentist!

The nurses are gentle and helpful while the front desk is organised and always sends me updates and reminders for my appointments. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing team @ Pristine Dental@Gasing. Dr Jinu John attends to me during my appointments. She’s truly amazing. First of all, she being the calm person that she is, puts me at ease! Her explanations are clear & precise. She works like magic...very thorough, very professional. She’s well assisted by her dental nurse. ??????
I like the set up...plain & simple, yet there’s a coziness about the place. Very friendly staff Charges at Pristine are pretty reasonable. Parking is easily available...that’s a big bonus!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Dental clinic. Had a wonderful experience here. Manpreet was so sweet and gentle with my teeth. I needed a filling and she did an amazing job. Very friendly too. Post treatment she gives some essential instructions on oral hygiene as well.
The clinic is very nice with some exquisite paintings on the wall that have a very calming effect on you. The location is also very convenient and they have easy parking.
