β β β β β First of all, Thank you to Dr Ong & Dr Raymond on all the advises and medication to me. Thereβs one thing I experienced, Dr ownself call up to ask about patient condition after a day or two. Never experience it at any other clinic. Good Dr & Service ??. During some of the Public Holiday you can still see the clinic is open, so itβs good for us who is sick n not well to search for a clinic. ??

β β β β β Just would like to share my personal experience. Very expensive and if can not afford not walk in . My son just a normal wash the wound and take one medicine one cream with cost of RM 150.

β β β β β its cny! however, I need to see the doctor ASAP as its too painful for me to bear. Surprisingly and thankfully it is open. The malay Dr is very friendly and explained to me clearly about my condition. She did not simply prescribe antibiotics to me unlike other clinic!

Please change your phone to better one, maybe yours one is too broke to pick up the calls.
Or just call techinician to check ya.

β β β β β Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Felicia were all very friendly and helpful. Special appreciate Dr. Felicia who patiently explain my conditions and treatment options in details. Highly recommend this clinic and hopefully they could keep up such wonderful service.

β β β β β Itβs really hard to get thru this Clinic by phone just for a PCR or ART appointment . The receptionist mostly donβt pick up the phone and if they do, seems so rude. In google the operating hours says 9am- 8pm, but if you try to do a a pcr test booking by phone - the receptionist will say come at 11am as 9am doctor must see patients , 12-2pm doctor not around and last appointment 5pm . This is so ridiculous.
The doctor is good though and once you are there, they are quite fast but the staff working at the desk could be more courteous, polite and friendly.
The ART and PCR is done at the back of the Clinic by the way , which is a bit filthy and you are standing while test is conducted instead of sitting .

β β β β β Dr Felicia and Raymond are super kind, nice and knowledgeable Doctors. I always recommended my family or friend to seek for their professional advise when they are not well.
Recently, my relative just went there for Booster and he commented that the Dr skill is very good and there is not feel of pain when he got jab on his arm.
Also, not forgetting, during last year, out of no way, my father blood pressure shoot up to 200 and he had been in/out at HTAR several times, unfortunately Dr still can't prescribe the right medicine to him, then I decided to bring him to Klinik Ong and Dr had prescribe the medicine for my dad and asked him to wait at clinic for monitoring around 30 min after he took the medicine, and thanks God he had recover and his BP now is stable.
Klinik Ong's fellow Doctors are just amazing and professional. Price is reasonable as well! Strongly recommended.

β β β β β Doctor is good , caring . my children under klinik ong for few years already , medicines wise, they practice safe medicines, dont simply give high doses.so far satisfied with the klinik .
