★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic yesterday, i reached there about 6.25pm and the shutter was already half closed. So i went inside to ask whether do they still receive patients or not? And the doctor was at the front desk and he said yes, please come in. I'm fine if he said " we're about to close, please come again tomorrow" because i understand they close at 7pm. (Before i came i google first about this clinic) So i went inside the doctor's room to remove my ear wax. After finished removing the earwax, the doctor went back and left only the front lady. Surprisingly the front lady named Ester if im not mistaken, was completely rude to me. At first she asked me to write my phone number and she gave me a pen. Within 2 seconds she wants to take the pen from me. Secondly, she said "kita tutup pukul 6.30 lain kali datang awal". I was cool with that because i know i came almost at 6.30 just now. But the doctor itself asked me to come inside to do the treatment. Thirdly, which i think was the rudest, when it comes to payment, she wrote the bill for me and im talking to my sister whether she have extra cash or not and suddenly this lady interrupted us, "berani eh u datang specialist tak bawak cash?" In my mind I WAS LIKE WHAATTT?? U INGAT I TAK ADA DUIT KE? Okay. I keep calm and ask her u can accept debit card right? She said yes. And i said to her then just use my card. And she talked back, "so kalau u takde cash u nak pegi ambik duit sekarang ke?" The clinic have the credit/debit card facility, so why she talked to me like that? I was very offended with that lady. If she don't want to receive any patient, just tell me earlier. I can always come next time. I don't think the customers should be treated like that. So i guess this is the first and last time i will go this clinic. The doctor was good, professional and i finished my treatment at 6.45pm. I don't know why the front lady was very mad at me, it's not even 7 o'clock yet. And i think they should change their business hours in Google to closes at 6.30pm. No matter how bad your day is, you can never say those things to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk auntie very rude, Doctor simply use a microscope go into my three years old son's mouth and charged RM120 (exclude consultation fee) and told me not sure what is happening bcs can't see clearly. Since not sure what is the problem then further recommend to do operation to remove tonsil where the other two ENT doctors i visited after him not advise to do so bcs is not at the right age. Some more quoted operation cost RM 3 to 4K. At the end being paid RM290 to learn a lesson and lucky not paid my son health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing you notice is the front desk lady is a little straightforward and a tad bit rude, but the doctor is great. Treatment is expensive as with other specialist but it is worth it. May have long waiting time even if you make an appointment so be sure to ask first.
