★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr kinder professional and good. Price worth it, if you cant wait for gov clinic/hospital and its cheaper than other specialist clinic.
Con: Registration time open for 1 hour only, mornin 10 -11am/ evening 2 - 3pm, have to come much earlier otherwise u will have to wait almost 2 hours ?. Nurse kinder restricted if u come over the time. She will ask u to leave and come back again.
I had middle ear infection, outer ear infection and minor perforated ear drum because of sinusitis. So Dr give me eardrop & antibiotic. I visited twice for my case, rm17+ persession. Now i am gettin better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Esa very humble, very professional, and good sense of humour. Staff at the receptionists are not really that rude like what I read on the reviews. As a guy who works at customer service industry, I think it's acceptable. 2 different time for registration because the clinic isn't that big, so it makes sense.

1) Very limited car parking.
2) Que up so long and the staff came saying doctors are on leave.(many time)
3) Staff gave WhatsApp number to make appointment, when sent message found no response.
DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is super-duper rude.. Both receptionists. The young malay lady n the old malay lady. They bring bad reputation to the clinic. They should improve they attitude otherwise i will suggest Dr not to keep ungrateful workers that bring bad reputation to the clinic. I heard Dr Esa is a nice person..

-The phone number was unreachable.
-The doctor did not serve in the clinic according to the timetable that is printed on the door.
My ear is blocked and my hearing is affected, I am so so so uncomfortable!! When I wanted to make appointment through phone call, it turns out that the number on Google and Facebook is unreachable!!!
Since today is Friday, according to their timetable, the ENT doctor supposed to be in clinic from 2pm - 4.30pm. However, when I reached there at 12.30pm, the clinic was closed. There was a paper on the door announced there will be ENT doctor today. I waited in car until 1.50pm and found there was another piece of paper on the clinic door (the paper was not there at 12.30pm!!!), announced that the ENT doctor only served from 10am-12.30pm today!!!
Does the doctor know that when someone seek medical assistance, the person must be in a very uncomfortable situation? Why doesn't the clinic inform earlier when the doctor want to change the timetable??? Does the doctor know the principles of medical ethic??? I have lost all my confidence in the clinic. Please do not come here if you have emergency issues!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, the staff very friendly. Also the doctor. Been here today. Both ear feels 'plugged', cannot hear clearly. Came earliest as soon as the clinic opened. Got my turn for walk in customer (my first time). Been waiting for about 1 hour 15mins. 11.15am finally met the doctor. Clinic will prioritize customer who made appointment. Doctor asked whats problem, later sit on the special chair. Insert camera, found out i got ear infection, also redness both ear and swelling on right ear. Total fees rm167 for consultation, medication and endoscopy. Thanks doc and staff.
