β β β β β Very careful and detailed, the doctor will not rush patients, he is willing to listen. The nurse here is very experienced, very reliable and good doctor. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Bad experience here, the ladies at the front desk are rude and impolite. Claimed to be AIA panel clinic but doesn't know the procedure. Too lazy to check patient's coverage. I asked about the referal letter to see specialist and they refuse to give and keep mentioning that it is not covered. We confirmed AIA, even called AIA for four times, and they mentioned that it is covered. The doctor in the clinic also refuse to give the referral letter.

β β β β β Their operation hours is until 9pm but already closing by 825pm. The nurses/admins are shooing ppl away. Already not feeling well, wasted journey to their clinic.

β β β β β The doctor was very patient and keen to check and took his time to check carefully and had a long chat with him. Not rushing at all. Experienced doctor. Felt very comfy. Like a dad figure. Certainly recommended and that kind soul only charged me 20 bucks for consultation after a long chat and checking few areas. Glad to have this kind of doctor in Malaysia.
