★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of service. Need to make an upfront appointment first as if we know when is our child will be sick. They will not entertain walk-ins and even if they accept, they will priorities appointees first. Not recommended to bring your children here for emergency cases or high fever cases as you need to make an appointment beforehand. By the time you are the next one, the next appointees arrives and they will take approximately 10-20 mins each which will only make your waiting time forever. Worst kind of operation model, method and system. Will never step in again even if all clinics are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the clinic accept reservation, be sure to save the number to your phone and call to reserve your consultation. i ended up walked in on 10AM and ran out of queue numbers for the whole day. Sigh...it is fine, most Paed clinic are jam packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A knowledgeable doctor that will explain to you on your child’s condition patiently. Doesn’t give you meds unless it’s really necessary (of course you don’t get charge unnecessarily as well). You need to get an appointment which can be done smoothly.

but but very difficult to get an appointment sometime an emergency still cannot slot in. need to improve in this area.
