โ โ โ โ โ I regret I didnโt read the review first before coming here. All of it is true. The long waiting hours, the slow service. The doctor was nice and very soft spoken. However, im shock when i have to pay rm400 for one medium tub moisturiser, two small tub antifungal cream which later donโt even cure my face. Yes, they repacking the medicine with no important information. Iโm so frustrated and I will not ever come to the clinic again.

โ โ โ โ โ Im a eczema patient ( skin dryness ) . So one of my friend suggest to visit this doc , sorry to say this , such a worst experienced i had , OMG... Let me list out one by one?
1 . eczema cream in a tiny container + nite ointment cream cost RM600+...
2. No punctual in time ...Even visited aftr mde an appointment...
3. Such a arrogant frontdesk girl
Finally there is no expiry date written & after apply that cream , my skin became worst than before.... Simply Waste ?

โ โ โ โ โ I brought my toddler son here since the other skin specialist clinics were closed. Unfortunately we had the worst time! Eventhough the doctor was nice n thorough, the counter service was EXTREMELY CRAZY SLOW and seemed not proffesionally trained. The charge was expensive (Rm 400) for repackaged medications with no important informations in case drug adverse reaction occurs. Super dangerous to not know what kind of meds you are taking. In conclusion, SLOW, EXPENSIVE and unaethical drug repackaging. Not sorry that i wonโt come back.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't mind paying RM300 for a skin specialist. The consultation was very good and the doctor appeared to be knowledgable. I don't mind that they mark up the drugs sold but I had a problem with their drug prescription practice.
I'm not sure if they still do this but in my past experience they have repackaged some creams without providing important information - drug name, brand, expiration date and batch number. These are important information in case of drug recall or if you faced some sort of complication resulting in admission into hospital as they need to know what you've taken. This type of repackaging practice is common and I understand you might do it to restrict the customers usage of the product but it is dangerous and unethical when you don't include the important information.
Please check if they still do this. If they've stopped, then take this review as a public service announcement and be vigilant with other clinics. I also suggest you ask for a prescription slip as well just to be safe.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for the first time to her and it cost RM 400 and my skin wasn't even that bad. She gave me one small container of cream and a small bottle of spray. The medicine did not work at all ans my skin is still the same. Waiting period for the doctor to arrive is one issue, and waiting for other patients is just CRAZY. Just like some of the above reviews, there is no drug name, batch number or even the contents of it on the packaging. My skin never got better and clearly wasted rm400. To sum it up, it was too expensive, not worth the time and money at all.
