β β β β β Dr Wong is super friendly and experienced. My braces journey with Dr Wong has been amazing as she is gentle and always makes sure that my teeth is shifting properly and iβm very happy with how my teeth looks now! ? Would 10/10 recommend Dr Wong to those that are finding the perfect place for braces.

β β β β β I just took off my braces few days ago and i'm very satisfied with the results. Now i have beautiful smile thanks to the Dr.Wong. my braces journey is very smooth because Dr.Wong is very gentle with the adjustments.She is an experienced and professional orthodontist. Also the nurses (staff) is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

β β β β β The orthodontist clinic with the worst ever service I've ever received. I used to stay at Kajang which is why I decided to give this place a try to get a retainer replacement and they offer unlimited retainer adjustment with it. They just open a file for me but never bother to register me as a customer. I didn't have a file number and everytime I went for appointment. They had a hard time looking for my file which is frustrating. Not long later, the retainer broke and I had to pay for a replacement retainer. After sometime I went to KL to work and I couldn't fit in my schedule to make an appointment there. Now, few years down the road, they called to enquire if I wanted to collect back the x-ray I took back then. They gave me a time frame of 1 week. I told the caller on the phone that I just gave birth and asked if they can hold it for 2 weeks. She insisted only 1 week. I told her to ask her dentist first before rejecting me bluntly. She got the approval from the dentist to hold it for 2 weeks but decided to keep on babbling about how the xray won't be valid for other dentist visit since it was so long ago hoping she could just dispose it instead of waiting for me to collect it. I asked her why am I not given a file no since I'm a customer and it was such a displeasure when the reception can't file my file everytime I visit. She insist that it is because I only came to get a retainer. So I'm treated like a hi bye customer is it? Such rude manners. She was eager to just cut off the line by just bluntly saying 'okay, thank you. Bye' in the middle of the conversation. Wow!!! Couldn't ask for a better customer service.
So basically unless you're taking an expensive package there, don't bother to engage them because they'll provide you like a once off hi bye customer service.

β β β β β Super happy with the service provided by Dr. Wong and her nurses. My siblings and I have been going to her since 2014. Very friendly and we are always taken very well care of. I just removed my braces in 2020 and am so happy with the results. She makes sure to checkup up every few months to ensure everything maintains well. My sister who removed her braces in 2016 still goes back for check ups. Highly recommended!

β β β β β I got my braces done here after being recommended by a family friend. Dr. Wong is very friendly and explains every procedure beforehand as well as gives advice on other procedures. The nurses are also very polite in the clinic. I still go for routine check ups every month for my retainers.

β β β β β i wore braces for the first time was on 2011 but that was the fake one because the dr did not do any xray for my teeth then on 2012 my parents found this clinic. So basically i wore the real braces here with dr wong since 2012 until 2014 everything went smoothly even i was in boarding school at that time. after i wore braces i need to wear retainer the retainer that dr wong suggested was hawley retainer. i wear my retainer for 24hrs for the 1st month then after that until now i only wear it when i sleep . My teeth has no problem cuz i always wear my retainer cuz i need to wear retainer for a lifetime. Hawley retainer is very good cuz it last long like reallyyyyy long!! . My first retainer last for 7 years+ but i lost it so i did the new one haha but hawley retainer is very good istg. I still go for checkup but only once a year cuz my retainer and my teeth has no problem huhu. oh not to forget i also recommended to my friend to do her braces here and she did here with her sister now both of them are wearing retainers like me hehe. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IF YOU WANT TO DO BRACES TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!
