★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad services, staff are very rude asking question , since I went 1/2 hour before closing. Price also very experience just for 1 strip of aspring medicine and so call scan . Doctor showing face once I turn back. My husband observe what she did to me when I m not looking at that young doctor. The young lady doctor asking her staff nurse for clarification after I explain . If I know earlier about the doctor I m not going there.
Very bad experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same comment as everyone shares here..rude staffs.. seriously? Are they really in frontline to serve patients? No they don't.. slow working, keep talking here and there... Not answering questions and phone calls properly.. but luckily the doctor is awesome... Thats the only thing that matters! For his sake, need to tolerate them.. doctor if you're reading these comments, please do something to fix this. Yours staffs gonna ruin it for you.

This is a qualified doctor with years of experience and being reasonable in charges. Some said it's expensive, perhaps they should try going elsewhere and they will know.
You want 5 STAR PLUS service, go to Prince Court or SJMC. Of course, their service comes with a HUGE PRICE TAG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 10/2/2022 brought my baby at 12pm to see doctor. Waited for 40 minutes for my turn and being called by the staff (name not mentioned clearly and loudly) and she came near me and rudely ask me to come inside. Went inside to see Doctor (doctor attend my baby less than 5min ) it’s was so quick I even can’t explained the doctor what was the issue going on with my son cause he was so in rush to see other patients who waiting outside ( I still can tolerate this because the doctor is so experienced and he know what’s happening and what he should give my baby ) but then the issue now is the waiting time to get the medication took 1 and 1/2 hours. The staff at pharmacy is so lacking doing work (when the staffs knw their clinic got a lot of patients, they should do work fast and efficiently but in this clinic
(unacceptable level of lacking of work, no work ethic at all). Once my turn at Pharmancy I did ask the staff why are they so late to call for medication? She replied we have a lot of patients waiting for medication than I asked her if you knw so many people waiting for medication, you should do ur work fast not keep talking and take ur own sweet time. She started to argue with me very very rude. She said that she is not my servant. Yes I do knw the staff is not our servant but as a customers/patients we have rights to question and give feedbacks but they are not ready to listen customers/patients concerned/feedback/ complaints.
Totally bad service by staff. The good doctor gonna lose so many patients if the staff continues their attitude like this. I’m not going there anymore due to staff service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 10/02/22. (12pm) very very bd service given by pharmacy staff, She was so rude and dont have work ethic. The Dr is good although he will quickly consult. Dr if you read this, please take an action. We are paying our consultation fees and medication fees. But the service that we get is not really good. Next time i will makesure bring this matter to kpdhep. Lucky my wife went there.. if me for sure i will make noice infront of others.
