★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Mediviron clinic for saving my mother. Since my mother was unwell, I took her there one day, because she's an elderly and in terrible pain- my mother was immediately attended by Dr Sivan despite the long waiting list.
She was stabilised and the Dr correctly diagnosed her condition and referred her to the nearest hospital on time. Now my mother is very well and happy. I will anytime recommend this clinic to anyone.
Thank You to the friendly staff and doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb low efficiency, wait for 1 hours 10 minutes still not yet my turn. People already die in the clinic, and tell me 7 more to wait. Please improve your service!!!!
At last, I wait for 2 hours just to have a 3 minutes consultation. Any patient that is suffering, please don't come to this clinic, you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make sure there are qualified Dr as we are not coming in for fun nor not paying for your service. Child is having fever and he is taking the temperature as if he is half a sleep, not even bother to check if she have any other symptoms. Prescribed antibiotics as if it was a normal medication. Mediveron setia alam, this is not the first time! Either don’t run 24 hours or please wake up and perform up to your standards. Dr are humans too, I understand that part but you not capable to perform your job well is unacceptable. I have been to many mediveron before, used to be my panel clinic, by far this is the worst. Please avoid going to the clinic after 12am. No point! Should have just walk in to Clinic Araa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic at 2am, there was no one. The staff was okay but the doctor was not around. The staff had to call the doctor many times before finally going to the back room to wake him up. When i finally got called in the doctor was very uninterested and annoyed that he had to wake up for a patient. I understand that it was 2am n everyone was tired but its your job?? You think i want to be there sick at 2am? He was rude and condescending, definitely not something you would want to face when your sick. He didn't do basic checkups like blood pressure etc. he only did temp check when i said i had fever. He was very rude when he did the temp check too. Basically the entire time was just very one sided, no recommendations, no advice, no sincerity at all. The whole time he was just “ok what else?” with a condescending tone. Honestly i really, truly don’t recommend coming here if you’re sick in the middle of the night. Not only you’ll b physically drained, but also emotionally drained dealing with this type of doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero rating! Worst clinic ever. Came about 12am as my daughter was having high fever. Her temperature prior to visiting the clinic was 38C. A Malay man doctor was in for consultation, my bad I didn’t get his name. Please just away if you get a Malay male doctor just in case. Very blur, not attentive at all. Taking my daughter’s temperature near her hair and it was not even close to her ears or forehead! He didn’t even read the temperature properly but immediately prescribed antibiotic for her without even prompting further if she is in the age to take the medicines. We requested the paracetamol that we can insert in the bum to reduce her fever, he just looked at us with a blur face, slow respond and didn’t even answer properly when I asked him what was her temperature. He just blindly said ‘37 point something’. I mean like seriously?? Why you even be there if you want to be serious about your job? Aren’t you paid for it?? Never returning again! This is not the first time and I am not the first person. My family members also faced the same situation when they came in after hours. Why bother running on 24 hours when you can’t even attend patients on how they should be attended?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been thinking of writing this review since December 2021 but I forgot. Now I have the chance to write about it. I had an ankle injury at around 10 pm on 12th of December, so I went to this clinic because it has x-ray machine. Luckily I went there with my nephew, he took the wheelchair from inside the clinic. The doctor at that time was a young, male doctor (not sure of his name and ethnicity). He just checked around my injured ankle, touched a bit, then asked if I felt hurt. I said I am shivering from the pain. So, he said he will prescribe me a pain killer and a cream. No medical leave was given until I asked for it. No x-ray was done (I think it was not that urgent for him). I went back home with disappointment. The next day, my ankle swelled badly and blueish. On the third day of injury, I had to go to other clinic and got a referral letter. Then I was warded for a few days. Since then, I stopped going to this clinic.
Before this incident, in 2019, there was one senior female doctor who wrote a referral letter for me because she suspected that I had a sinusitis. She was correct. Kudos to her (I forgot her name, but I thank her for her good diagnosis).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic due to an accident. Chosen this clinic as it has x-ray. The attended Dr planned an x-ray, but was cancelled later because no radiographer available. We were charged RM51 for a bandage and PCM. Waiting hour is fast. Attending Dr is nice but the examination was very brief.
