2）医生服务是很好，但是护士我没办法接受。
3）不是每个人这么有空一直打电话等你接来看医生

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次看就约了就9点看，第二次看没给时间，只给日期。以为有预约就可以看。结果10点来到不给看。说要等10多个人。原来有appointment 了也不一定可以看医生。害我白跑一趟。因为他们base on号码牌。所以9点前要来拿号码，过了9点要打来抢号码。乱七八糟的系统。。最后等待时间是超级久。。9点来，12点才看完。护士态度也是很嚣张。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Pang 礼貌兼细心，真的是位很棒的医生。就算预约后也需要提前到现场拿号码牌，但这是值得的。对比其他诊所，这里让人不会感觉尴尬或不舒服
Dr. Pang is polite and attentive. He is really a great doctor. Even if you make an appointment, you still need to go to the scene in advance to get the number plate, but it's worth it. Compared with other clinics, people here will not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patience, responsible and caring doctor. Though long queue but Dr Pang is patience in answering my queries.
One suggestion is on scheduling appointment. It will be good if we have date and time ahead. if emergency can call and update the patients. Believed that patients will understand to meet such a good gynae!

Maybe due to the overwhelming pregnant women, the receptionist getting angry easily and impatient over the phone.
My experience was, the same receptionist did not mention about booking appointment for my wife to visit Dr. Pang, only ask me to bring over all reports for Dr. to see. Well then, until the day I out from quarantine, I tried call to pay a visit, the receptionist claimed that I did not make any appointment, so only able to visit them 2 weeks later.
Due to her impatient voice, I gave up to pay a visit. So, maybe Dr. Pang is a good doctor, but the receptionist cause me run away from the clinic. Haha.
