Pap smear done improperly.
Nurse follow up worstly.
I would explain further, please read through.
My mother was having an annual checking in this clinic for almost 5 years. In 2020, recently, she was in pain, and did a visit. Doctor recommended to do pap smear and we did. On the next follow up, nurse took the "2015" report to doctor, and doctor told my mom, she is okay, result normal.
After my mom went home, she was relaxingly viewing the pap smear report and realised it was 2015 report. We called back the clinic, and the nurse explained they gave the wrong report. So, the next day, we go and collect the 2020 report, then drama begins.
Nurse explanation: ohh, we just realised that we didn't sent out the pap smear sample to the lab, we might need to do again. ==
After my mom calm down, she eventually noticed that doctor didn't do pap smear, during the first visit.
Worst doctor ever. Unprofessional nursing team.
