β β β β β Reached clinic 8.15pm, being attended 10.15pm. Very impatient doctor, so lousy. Wasted 2 hrs there, service very slow. She's a lazy Dr to answer questions. Actually she try to make money where she will refer you to pantai hospital where she actually from. Don't go if you in pain, I rather go GH then see her again.

β β β β β Dr. Yeap has been my OB since 2018 and I am very pleased to have met her. She is very professional and really guide you well through out your pregnancy until post natal. At the time of delivery, she was really encouraging and gentle, you will really feel safe and she will take care of you. She is one of the best OB out there.

1. Opening times are not punctual
2. Unfriendly staff

Went there on a Monday night at 8pm and the grill door to the clinic was shut.
Standing outside the clinic, we are the only couple waiting outside, we waited till 8 30 only then a lady came and open the door.
Enthusiastically I asked if she was the Doctor, she looked at me agitated and ignored me. After she open the door we then proceeded up the clinic. Just before we enter another door at the 1st floor, she said that only the patient could enter and slam the door after her. As a husband I could not even enter the clinic for the potential first glimpse of the ultrasound image of my baby.
After registering with the grumpy lady who turn out to be the receptionist, only then she call the doctor saying there is a patient.With my wife sitting at the waiting room inside and me standing by the five-foot way, we waited another 15 min before I see the Doctor pull up in her car and went up casually.
When the doctor went into the clinic the doctor is more interested in showing the new door bell that she bought for the clinic to the receptionist. Both of them spend another good 5 minutes cycling through the door bell song selection.
Satisfied with their door bell song selection for the evening, the doctor call up my wife and they entered the room.
First time being pregnant, my wife asked the doctor questions on her condition. In which the doctor replied vaguely, "it could be this and could be that, what would you want me to say". Being a specialist she did not explain what condition my wife is in but merely stating the obvious.
To cut cost of the clinic the doctor even instructed my wife to wash the disposable urine sample cup and place it back for the potential next customer use, which I feel it is unhygienic.
Total bill was not worth the consultation we got.

Wife went to see her for gynae consultation for few times charges r not cheap but end up found that the medicine is almost expired (1 month from expiry) and the other medicine they cut off the expiry dates. When confronted they said supplier comes with it. Dishonest doctor n won't visit again.
