★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru balik dari hospital alor gajah cabut gigi geraham atas. Prosedur mengambil masa yg lebih lama dari biasa sebab gigi saya bermasalah. 2 dr terpaksa attend saya sebab gigi susah nak keluar. Apa2 pun, Dr2 dan nurse sgt baik dan tak rasa sakit langsung. Cuma saya rasa takut sbb dah lama tak cabut gigi. Terima kasih banyak2 kpd the 2 lady doctors yg attend saya hari ini (19.2.2021). Good job. TQVM.
I just came back from the alor gajah hospital to remove the upper molars. The procedure took longer than usual because my teeth had problems. 2 dr had to attend me because the teeth were difficult to get out. Anyway, Dr2 and nurse are very good and do not hurt at all. It's just that I'm afraid I haven't had my teeth extracted for a long time. Thank you very much to the 2 lady doctors who attended me today (19.2.2021). Good job. TQVM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang sangat kurang sopan yang jaga counter bahagian orthodontic tu. Macam aku berhutang dengan dia, kena tengok air muka dia setiap kali. Aku bayar tau bukan free!...doktor semua pun lebih beradab daripada dia. Macam lah dia tu professional, jaga counter je...Tunggu nama dipanggil ambil kad tengok appointment masa x boleh nak tukar pun kena marah. Nak call tukar masa sebab ada hal pun kena marah tanya kenapa x cakap awal-awal, aku mana tau lah bila hal kecemasan berlaku.... Sangat biadab, siapa-siapa dia pun nak garang x kira dewasa atau remaja, macam lah dia punya klinik, aku bayar untuk tengok doktor ke tengok air muka dia. Apasal dengan dia ni? x boleh cakap elok-elok?yang counter pergigian depan tu semua baik je.....kecewa la dengan service dia ni...nak orang hormat kau kenalah hormat orang dulu, jaga counter perangai mcm apa, bdh betul!!!
It is very impolite to take care of the orthodontic counter. It's like I owe him, I have to look at his face every time. I pay, it's not free! ... doctors are all more civilized than him. It's like he's a professional, take care of the counter ... Wait for the name to be called, take the card, look at the appointment, time x can want to change, even if you get angry. Want to call to change the time because there is something to be angry about, ask why x said in the beginning, I don't know when an emergency happens .... Very rude, whoever he wants to be violent x whether adult or teenager, it's like he has Clinic, I paid to see a doctor to see his face. What about him? x can you talk nicely? the front dental counter is all good je ..... he's disappointed with his service here ... I want people to respect you, you have to respect people first, take care of the temperament counter mcm what, bdh right !!!
