My extraction was done quick & easy. Charges was reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is so expensive compared with others ! And the young dentist keep chit-chat and talking craps with his workers while doing his job ! With this unprofessional behavior, he accidentally hurts my wife’s lips with his tools ! Never get any apologize from him yet we need to pay for the unreasonable price. Those who willing to pay more and enjoy his unprofessional behavios, can pay a visit !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this clinic nurses provided very poor services to the customers that call in to follow up their progression. Called twice to follow up with no call back yet i need to drive to the clinic to follow up. Hope can improve on the customer service. Very bad experience and i experienced it many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third dentist in Kuantan this week, and while I was happy with the second, it was of out of my way.
That said, Clinic CH Chan, is what I except in a dental clinic. First, the admin staff is kind and professional. They worked hard to make sure I could be treated and helped me with a suitable appointment.
Second, the first dentist was very knowledgeable and advised me very well and helped me to understand my situation.
And today, during my appointment I was advised further as to what my options were and what treatment I should follow. The clinic even arranged a specialist who explained things even though he wasn't going to treat me!
In the end I will receive the best option for a successful treatment.
The clinic is also clean and very tidy!
Last but not least, the dental assistants were very helpful and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mina the receptionist / nurse idk, very rude everytime i call the clinic. Can't answer nicely to simple questions.
Edit:// Dr Chan himself have called me to apologise for his employee and hoped to rectify this to prevent future issues.
Went for an appointment, met with Dr Iswan, the nurse and those there that night (15 mac 2021) were all friendly. They also gave me free toothpaste and toothbrush as a token of apology. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Did scaling here and the doctor was so unprofessional. The entire time he was chatting like he was at a mamak with his nurse. His work was unprofessional as water constantly splashed on my face and he was very rough. Definitely disappointed in this clinic - cant imagine the other complex procedures done here as a simple scaling procedure was not pleasant at all.
