Baru je selamat cabut 1 gigi bongsu(atas) kat klinik Dr.nurul..memang terbaik, staff dan doktor sangat mesra..Doktor pon pandai tackle patient..Al-maklum la 10 tahun sekali baru nak pi klinik gigi kan ? tapi Alhamdulillah ditenangkan oleh Doktor, terus ok dan sebelum, semasa dan selepas sangat smooth..Highly recommended klinik gigi Dr.nurul..sy dapat doktor muda dan Comel..peramah sangat ? Salam Ramadhan 1442..

Just successfully pulled out 1 youngest tooth (above) at Dr. Nurul's clinic..it's the best, staff and doctors are very friendly..Doctors are good at tackling patients..Al-you know, once every 10 years I want to go to the dental clinic kan but Alhamdulillah calmed by Doctor, kept ok and before, during and after very smooth..Highly recommended Dr.nurul dental clinic..sy got a young and Cute doctor..very friendly ? Salam Ramadhan 1442 ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ni jenis susah nak check up gigi.. sebab sakit.. kadang dapat yang kasar , pastu marah2 diri ni.. huhuu last check up pon zman skolah mngah.. kadang swasta pon , even bayar ada jaa yang buat ksar .. tapi klinik dr nurul ni mmg terbaik , ramahh.. lembut jaa layanan jaa.. sebelum nak pi memang tgok review orang ramaii.. alhamdulillah.. dipermudahkan.. memang tak rugi ! terima kasih ❤
I'm kind of hard to check up my teeth .. because I'm sick .. sometimes I get rough, I must be angry with myself .. huhuu last check up pon zman skolah mngah .. sometimes private pon, even pay there is a jaa that makes ksar .. but the clinic dr nurul is the best, friendly .. gentle service jaa .. before I want to pi, it's a crowded review .. thank God .. it's made easier .. it's not a loss! thank you ❤

Kesimpulan : Servis kasar, kurg beradab dgn org tua, dr perlu improve customer service dan cara berbahasa. Maaf, ini komen jujur dari mak sy.
Kata mak sy, klinik ni dulunya kedai gigi palsu, milik ibu kepada owner klinik pergigian ni skrg. Mak sy pelanggan lama, dan sgt berpuas hati dengan kualiti n servis kedai gigi palsu kepunyaan ibu dr gigi ni.
Namun skrg, bila mak sy pergi untuk tempah gigi palsu baru, dh jd klinik pergigian baru yang diusahakan oleh anak owner kedai gigi yg dahulu tu. Jd mak sy teruskan urusan tempahan gigi palsu mak dgn harapan mak dapat kualiti dan servis yg sama seperti dahulu. Malang sekali, dr nurul x mcm ibunya.
Gigi palsu yg ditempah baru ni xberapa selesa dipakai, nmpk jongang, gigi tu panjang2 n kuning2 sikit. Bila ditanya jwbnya mmg kena begitu, natural katanya. Disebabkan gigi palsu baru tersebut tak selesa dipakai, mak sy pergi semula utk repair gigi tu, tp layanan yg diterima sgt mengecewakan. Bahasa kasar dgn org tua, smpi mak sy xboleh tidur mlm sbb terngiang2 apa yg dikatakan serta layanan yg diterima.
Kualiti gigi juga kurg memuaskan, brittle(agak rapuh) sehinggakan jatuh sekali pn dah patah. Sedangkan gigi yg dibuat sebelum ini pd tahun 2011(dgn ibu owner) masih bertahan hingga kini walaupn dh jatuh berkali2.
Gigi palsu lama yg dibuat dgn ibu owner dulu tu cantik elok, selesa dipakai, putih bersih. Bila pakai gigi palsu baru ni kami yg tgk pn rasa nk tergelak, mcm kartun gigi panjang2?
Mak sy juga menyaksikan beberapa pelanggan yg tidak berpuas hati sehingga ibu dr ni(owner lama) yg dtg dan menenangkan keadaan.
Jadi sy berharap klinik ni dapat meningkatkan kualiti kerja dan layanan buat para pelanggan. Terima kasih.

Conclusion: Rough service, civilized kurg with old people, dr need to improve customer service and language. Sorry, this is an honest comment from mak sy.
Sy's mother said, this clinic used to be a denture shop, owned by the mother of the current owner of this dental clinic. My mother is an old customer, and she is very satisfied with the quality and service of the denture shop owned by this dentist.
But now, when my mother goes to order a new denture, there is a new dental clinic run by the son of the former dental shop owner. Jd mak sy continue to order dentures mak in the hope that mak can get the same quality and service as before. Unfortunately, dr nurul x mcm his mother.
The newly ordered dentures are very comfortable to wear, they look loose, the teeth are long and a little yellow. When asked if the answer was so, he said naturally. Because the new dentures were not comfortable to wear, my mother went back to repair the teeth, but the service she received was very disappointing. Abusive language with old people, so that my mother can sleep at night because of what is said and the service received.
The quality of the teeth is also very satisfactory, brittle (somewhat brittle) so that it falls once and breaks. While the teeth that were made before in 2011 (with the owner's mother) still survive to this day even though they fell many times.
The old false teeth made with the owner's mother used to be beautiful, comfortable to wear, clean white. When we wear new dentures, we don't feel like laughing, it's like a cartoon of long teeth2?
Mak sy also saw some customers who were not satisfied until the mother of this (old owner) came and calmed the situation.
So I hope this clinic can improve the quality of work and service for customers. Thank you.
