★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah all went well. Dr Mia is very professional. This is the 1st time i had scaling that is painless. Dr Mia always make sure that i am comfortable during the treatmet. Will be coming back to do my 6 months check up. Thanks Klinik Iris

The staff also reaaly friendly, well manage, and take things into details, plus they're really concern with their patients Keep updating and follow up with patients after treatment. Great Client service !
The clinic very condusive, great hospitality and kids friendly too !
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Pros
- Superb service from front desk to the doctor himself (Dr Tan), he explained the condition of my teeth, made some suggestions to "close the gap" and etc.
- Toilet is clean and great vibes for waiting area (I didn't wait much longer).
- Skip the waiting game by making an appointment via WhatsApp
- Varieties mode of payment from QR code to transferring via account, cash, credit card.. You name it, they have it..
Cons
- The only thing that makes me deducting the star was the chair is not so ergonomic in my opinion. You see, I have tried lot of dental clinics ranging from Livingwell BSC to road-facing dental clinic (such as Iris), non road-facing clinic situated at 2nd or 3rd floor, I must say the chair in this clinic was making me uncomfortable.. Further, the sunglass used to block the light didn't cover my eyes; hence, I was dazzled by the light under the sunglass..
