u need to ask where the counter 3 is sebab dia punya no tercabut. then the klinik look messy because the whole design eliment inconsistent.
**tl;dr - waiting game at kk bangi. UX fail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chinese dentist (didn't catch her name due to long q) and Suguna (who assisted me throughout the process) have been very helpful to guide me through all my teeth problems. Suguna patiently explain on some guidance I need and have portray good customer management skills.
3 stars because of mismanagement. As expected from gov clinics (including all other gov related serving counters). My appt was 12pm but they ask me to come early at 8am to q. Even if i come at 12 it don't mean i will be ready for my appt. What's the point of setting the online appt with you guys? No signboards on where to go, have to tanya here and there just to find the clinic pergigian.
My last experience with Clinic pergigian Simee in Ipoh was super fast and efficient. I did not expect bangi's branch to be this way and I thought it giving it a try since it's convenient when I need to visit a client at Bangi. Besides that, the staffs are partial rude and won't entertain you, except the dentist and Suguna who gave me great service during my visit. Will skip gov clinics next time and proceed with private dentist.
