★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their appointment arrangements and schedule booking is the worst I ever been!! One time I rush to there after work and been told I late for 15mins, they ask me to sit in there to wait for my turn, been after at least 1.5 hours, i drag my afterwork body, exhausted & starving body go ask when will be my turn and they say they forgot to PUT MY NAME ON QUEUE LIST!!! Worst experience and this is only one of them, don't come here if you appreciate your time.
PS:: The price they offer are quite inexpensive and afforadble, but don't expect much quality, you get what you paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad. u made my face shape unsymmetrical thats why i dont wanna go there anymore. all u do is change my rubber. i want straight teeth. not the colorful rubber only. i called and asked to change clinic and until today hasnt got any respon. big mistake ive made in my life is, did my braces here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this clinic for the last 5 years, overall it is great, the environment is clean, cozy and comfortable, the staff most of the time is very friendly especially the doctors, they always conserve with you, the price of some services are affordable and some a bit pricey but hey if you want cheap then you have to go to government clinic, parking lot here depend on your luck, it's not too crowded but if you're lucky you can get a spot close to the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already call to make appt today at 2pm...the staff there noted that i will come at 2pm.
When arrive at the clinic,the staff said today public holiday and the dr already go back.
Didnt receive any call also from the staff that dr is only half day today....
Bad service! And rude staff!!
PLS KEEP THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PATIENT APPT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manage to extracted whole of my wisdom teeth from other dentist outside after few times failed to removed by doctor at this clinic which previously only removed crown but left the root inside. It's ridiculous to tell me that it's safe to left the wisdom teeth root inside.
