โ โ โ โ โ service from the staff in kajang branch is good. but the beijing package overall is not good. Well maybe this is due to the china side tour package is bad quality. So this experience with the tour was pulling down my impression to this oldest tour company in kajang.

โ โ โ โ โ Please be aware when you buy travel package from them!!! They are not an ethical, reliable and trustworthy travel agent!!! My friend and I bought a Royal Caribbean cruise package with them during the Aug19 travel fair, end up the package price offered by them is way way wayyyyyyy expensive than the Royal Caribbean website itself!!!
We lodged a complaint 1 week ago and they are still haven't get back to us with a satisfy solution, fooling us around, giving excuses, blaming RC and other travel agents, all kind of excuses to drag our complaint so that they do not need to offer the same promotional price as stated on the Royal Caribbean website! The RC promotion is last for the whole Aug 2019 and expired on Aug 31st, the price is fluctuated anytime based on demand and supply, they are waiting for the price in RC website to increase so that they do not need to compensate us anything!!! They are so cunning and disgusting!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The worst customer service. Called up and ask more info about the China Visa application. The guy replied very rudely, as though its a burden answering all the questions. As this is my first time applying so I just wanted to know more information before I submit my application to them. He showed annoyance in his tone and wasn't helpful at all. I even talked to him in a polite manner. I would never recommend this travel agent! Not worth the fees for this kind of service and attitude!
