โ โ โ โ โ I went in for scaling and the admin was good. But the admin was also the same person who did scaling.
I'm not sure if this how scaling is done in Malaysia but it was very different from Canada.
They didn't have mouth opener but used their finger instead. The water was constantly splashing out of the mouth. It felt like she scrubbing crevices on the floor with brush. It didn't seem to me like it was a trained person at all, because there was no procedural techniques as I've experienced before in Canada.
There was also blood when I gargled and she said it is very common. This is alarming and I raised the issue. Her reply was the person didn't know what they were doing. So yea, I didn't know if this is how things are done here or this particular place is baselessly confident in their inadequacy
