★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely work here, the facilities are adequate, and located near the train station. Very good public hospital. Staff in emergency were very kind to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was ok, I regularly have my med checkup over here but the only thing that unsatisfied me is the lack of public parking spot within the hospital compound itself. The mass parking area outside is quite far too. I can't really walk that far. I hope one day the hospital make a new area within the hospital just for public parking spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Some low level support staff may be a little rude, but mostly are ok. The doctors are nice and hard working. They work very hard for the minimal payment and resources they got.
There's a long wait like all government hospitals because people abuse the "ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY" for issues like a common cold, runny nose, diarrhea. There was this Facebook post about how she had to be put on wait while critical patients are seen first. "That's not fair" she said.
The main problem is actually parking. Sometimes you have to park next door at the national cancer institute under the blistering sun. (Minus one star for parking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly the services are okay but critical issues like not enough bed for labour patients is really ridiculous. Patients who are almost in labour are asked to go to another hospital because there is no bed. At least they should have temporary rooms for giving birth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once look serene & peaceful, now crowded & messy. For labour delivery, they said the demand is 70 patients per day but only 56 beds available at one time. The government should have better planning the next time they want to build a proper city hospital.
