★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic , they had a bad attitude and the rude staff. I was charged without any body services.first they charge and take your signature and next will tell you we don't have service we just have check up. Shame on you for your awful management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doctor was friendly but look like doctor is under control by nurse ... i really dont understand who is real doctor.. nurse or the doctor... went for wisdom tooth removal ... doctor ask nurse to take a x-ray but nurse refuse to do it her reply was ... tak payah la... buat je... i know we r paying rm1 only but its gov klinik... u all not working for free. gov paying u all salary ... after removal never clean tat part just patch a cotton n sent me out. no pain killer no antibiotic just give me extra cotton .. it was bleeding for 3 days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are considered friendly, but being unprofessional. I went two times for gigi tambahan at the same slot. first time was doing the tambahan few times still not good enough and re-do. Okay it's done already, after that few days, my teeth was sensitive like fxxx, and i go back to there, i told 2nd doctors that the tambahan is not done well, and after she checked and she said no problem at all, just ur teeth being sensitive and apply some protection to it is more than enough. I guess that was the time they going to off work around 1230pm and lazy to work somemore. The next day, the tambahan gigi was dropped and leaves a big hole there make more sensitive. We are applying leave to seek for a doctor and they are totally wasting our time for wasting and our leave. Although it's gov's job but please be professional.

Thumbs up to the dentist who interview and guide patients before entering the clinic especially during this pandemic.
Kakak2 nurses or receptionists at the registration counter are sopan also.
The health screening nurse who measures BP is also sabar and well-mannered.
Thanks to Dr Divya and the assisting akka nurse, explain everything professionally, patiently, trying to hilangkan your fear to see dentist. Highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest speaking I'm surprised by how low the rating of this place is. I think the nurses worked in quite a systematic flow and the doctors attended me were all very professional and efficient. Went in at 8am and waited for an hour plus. Not even 2 hours until my tooth was extracted. The extraction was fast and on point. Painless i would say. Couldn't be more grateful that they helped me with my pain. I thought it deserves a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good. Doctor was nice. But if you have an appointment at 2pm, don't come 15 minutes early like they said. Come at exactly 2pm otherwise you'll wait outside for 15 minutes maybe longer.
