★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience here. My daughter, aged 6, did not show any fear & the doctor so very friendly & very informative.. We recommend here & is the best place to have the treatment. Kudos to Dr. Naim.. Alhamdulillah ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for you guys doing braces here. The patients for braces have a lot and the doctor seems rushing to settle all the patients in one day (Sunday only). My braces journey was not really good when I took out my braces. I received my retainer a week later and it caused gaps at one of my teeth. The doctor said he cannot do anything to my teeth since its already have gaps and suggested me to do filling instead to fill the gap. I have to pay extra money just to do filler and it only last around 2-3 months only (but I didnt do that since I dont want to waste money). I also cannot argue with the doctor since I am not really expert in this field. Then, last month, I decided to go to another clinic for scaling, and the doctor at that place said that my teeth have lots of gaps already, but he said it's not because im not using retainer sometimes, but when I took out the braces, it's already have the gaps. And he said that my braces doctor should provide me the retainer as soon as possible, not until the weekend because the teeth is actively moving after you take out the braces and that's why it causes gaps on the teeth. So, clearly it's not because of not wearing retainer, but the doctor at this clinic seems not aware with the movement of my teeth. Im quite disappointed of what happen to me and I dont want you guys to feel the same. I spent almost 6K for braces and I feel like wasting my time and money to come here and meet the doctor. 6K is a lot and the doctor is not really professional handling my case. He also cant answer my question regarding how long I have to use the retainer, but when I go to another clinic, I get the answer that I want. Hope Rohaya Dental Clinic can do something about this. I dont want other people face the same situation like me. Im giving this comment not because I want to downgrade this clinic, I have been their patient since I was a child, but the problem with my braces really makes me turn away from this clinic. Thank you for your service, Rohaya Dental Clinic.

I was here for several times. Since 3 years ago. I always did my scaling with different dentist. By today, I made an appointment and they greeted me very well.
Unfortunately this was the first time in entire my life had the worst scaling.
Not even clean.
Wasting my time.
My floor mouth in pain.
It’s better you brush your teeth at home rather than paying unprofessional scaling service here. Seriously I tell you it’s not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I got a mixed feeling on my only visit there. Super long review/rant below.
5* for less waiting time - I came there as a walk-in patient, receptionist greeted me well, registration was smooth and not so long and my turn was fast too.
4* for filling - it was a replacement for old filling that had gotten loose. The drilling part was painful but maybe the Dr just had to do it to remove the old part and make sure the new filling will stick and fully cover the supposed area. Given that it was a difficult job (and location), the Dr did well with the new filling.
1* for nurse - many times the suction was not done properly. Few times the suction poked into my throat, I almost regurgitated while the Dr was doing treatment. It went super bad when scaling, it was the wettest treatment session I had throughout my many dental visits.
2* - the most painful scaling session I had. I last visited the dentist a year ago so the build up must not be that much. In fact, 2 days later I got gum infection which followed the scaling line that I initially thought was due to some hard food scratched my gum.
Overall, unfortunately it was not a nice experience unlike other people here. Will not return to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time here. Staff is friendly. the doctor is good. Explaning everything that I asked. Heh. The environment in clinic is very cozy and calm. The whole of my family been there too. So yes, definitely the best.
