★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a minor surgery for what was supposed to be a simple extraction. Yes, the doctor was very nice and they told me that my case was unique. However, they did not even warn me that I might have to go for surgery. Although it was a minor surgery, they should have explained; including the pros and cons as well. One other thing, the doctor should have informed ASAP when a part of my tooth broke off during the extraction (which is why a surgery was needed in the first place). It was a scary experience especially when the anaesthesia wore off during the extraction. From a simple procedure which supposed to take around 10-15 minutes became a traumatic experience which took hours.
P/S: The doctor should have told me their names before conducting any procedure. That is very bad practice on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice doctor and staff. I'm always nervous to go to a dental checkup and scaling (one of the reason I didn't go for a long time and worsened my teeth condition) but the whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable. Recommended service. Will go here again in the future. Thank you.
