 I had a tooth extracted at the utc keramat dental clinic for the first time,
Alhamdulillah, the doctors and staff are all kind and courteous. Everything is cute

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musim covid ni, kena call dulu sebelum datang. Tapi yang peliknya. Sy call hari jumaat waktu berkerja, dia kata datang isnin. Sy pun datang la isnin untuk buat rawatan tampalan. Yg lawaknya, dia kata tak boleh buat, sebab dah seminggu dorang punya aircon rosak. Jadi mmg tak boleh buat, lawak kan? Kenapa tak bagitau je waktu sy call? Kenapa kena datang dulu, buang masa, dah sampai clinic boleh pulak kata dah seminggu tak ada aircon? Ish3, doctor india kecik2 yg cakap mcm tu. Sebelum ni cabut gigi kat sini time covid jugak, boleh. Kalau cabut gigi je dorang terima. LAIN KALI, BAGITAU LA TAK BOLEH, BUKANNYA KITA CALL CAKAP BOLEH, DAH DATANG CLINIC TIBA2 PULAK CAKAP TAK BOLEH LAH, AIRCON ROSAK DAH SEMINGGU LAH, PADAHAL SY BARU CALL 3 HARI YG LEPAS. JANGAN TIPU! CAKAP JE DEKAT DALAM TELEFON TAK BOLEH TAMPAL GIGI TIME COVID. APA MASALAH NYA????
This covid season, you have to call first before coming. But the weird thing is. Sy called on Friday while working, he said come Monday. Sy also came on Monday for a patch treatment. The funny thing is, he said he can't do it, because he has had a broken aircon for a week. So you can't do it, isn't it funny? Why don't you tell me when to call? Why do you have to come first, waste time, have you reached the clinic can you say there is no aircon for a week? Ish3, the little Indian doctor who said that. Before this, pull out your teeth here covid time too, okay. If you remove your teeth, please accept. NEXT TIME, TELL ME THAT IT CANNOT BE, IT'S NOT THAT WE CAN CALL YOU TO TALK, YOU'RE COMING TO THE CLINIC SO YOU CAN'T TALK, THE AIRCON IS DAMAGED FOR A WEEK, EVEN THOUGH SY HAS JUST CALLED 3 DAYS AFTER. DO NOT LIE! SAY JE NEAR THE PHONE CAN'T PUT TIME COVID TEETH. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka pergi sini sebab kalau junior dentist tak reti, dorg terus refer ke senior dentist. Paling penting, bila senior dentist tak reti juga dia akan minta masa sikit utk call out some consultants and give feedback to patient - rasa dihargai sangat walau bayar RM1 je. Root canal yang dekat luar harga ribu2, kat sini bayar RM1 je apa lagi nak minta dari kerajaan haiya. Paling senang sebab buka sampai malam jadi boleh pergi after office hour tak perlu minta cuti dari bosku.
Likes to go here because if junior dentist doesn't retire, dorg keeps referring to senior dentist. Most importantly, when a senior dentist retires, he or she will ask for some time to call out some consultants and give feedback to the patient - a reward worth RM1. The root canal is close to the price of thousands of dollars, and here it is worth RM1 for anything else to ask from the animal kingdom. It's best to be open late at night so I can go after office hours without having to ask for my boss's leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came in urgent at 4.30pm.. They said wanna close but luckly the doc want to check me up.. The indian doc that time, soo sweet and nice.. She ask me to come again in the morning.. They close 5pm because of covid.. So today I came 8am, not too many people and I've waited not more then 1 hour.. 1st pay for registration, after my scaling I had to pay RM2.. Which is still affordable for me. Today doc malay women.. Really nice and humble also.. Glad its not very pain, got to come again 6 month after this.. Very polite and nurses also greet me well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at around 9pm on a weekday to do scaling. I had to wait for about an hour or so before I went to see the dentist. Was attended to by Dr Najihah and pembantu Nancy. Both were excellent, service was very good. All clinic staff were helpful when I went.
The klinik does scaling from Monday to Friday. It was free of charge for government servants and RM 3 for non-government workers. However it is only a walk in service and they only do limited scaling and you don't know if they still have a slot for you until AFTER you go in to see the dentist (odd oversight here as it means you could have practically waited for nothing). Besides this odd waiting system the clinic showed excellent service. Would recommend.
