★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shahira is a very nice doctor. But due to the attitude of the particular staff, the image of the clinic is badly damaged. Despite having so many negative feedbacks, nothing was done by the management.
I called the clinic to check on the peak period of the clinic for swab test as it is Saturday tmrw. Instead of sharing with me their past experiences for the past few weeks, they replied that they cannot gauge the crowd for the following days. I told the lady off bluntly that her attitude is bad and she just ended my call.
Hope that the management can send their staffs to Public Relation courses since there are so many complaints. But from what I have experienced, this should be a wishful hope.
Please do not send me standard reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star for the doctor, she was friendly and caring about my sickness. Unfortunately, only can give 1 star for the staff who passes the medication to me. She inform me the usage of medication like singing rap, and feeling unwelcome when i asked a question.

Got a softcopy of result via whatsapp, which is very convenient. This clinic deserve my 4 stars. 1 left for continual improvement..lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting since 45 mins- just a couple of patients, the speed at which the doc calls in, plus there are PCR tests- they should hire another doc to manage the patients efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhygienic swab center. May cheap but Not recommended at all. Did not see the lady staff sanitizing herself after pcr swab test was done for every person, the 3person before me did same pcr swab test. Due to their unhygienic, Now my result chg to positive due to their unhygienic. I strongly believe I'm not positive as frequently I'm doing my self test and only was at home. Anyway it's too late now as their lab report already updated to KKM. I can't depart to SG tomorrow due to their improper unhygienic services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhygienic swab center. Not recommended. Did not see the staff sanitizing after swab test was done, the person before me was coughing severely during the swabbing. Also you need to chase them for results, no printed test result was given at all. No replies on WhatsApp.
