β β β β β One of the best and excellent Doctor (Dr Taufik) very polite humble and sets a very good example to others in medical profession. He also very passionate abt his profession. Always discusses on choice of medicine and treatment available patients preference and does a proper checks and very professional. Medicine that he prescribes works efficiently and provides immediate cure to the specific issue. Thank you

β β β β β From the moment I stepped into the clinic I felt the warm reception and timely service which is very different from any other health service I've received anywhere..I would like to mention Ms PRIYA for the excellent welcoming reception during my last visit..
SORRY name type error earlier msg. instead of PRIYA I mention Panungga.
I strongly recommend Pearl Clinic as your primary outpatient clinic..?

β β β β β Very terrible service. Went for ART test and they mentioned 20mins for result but we waited way longer than that. When we asked the receptionist/ staff if they will be printing the certificate soon, they ignored and didnβt give a response and made us continue waiting which was really rude. We asked a few times and they continued using their computer and ignored us. I mean itβs still ok to make us wait but the least they can do is respond to the customers? Instead of leaving us confused.

β β β β β Dr.Taufik is gem of a Doctors who understand the patients need and pain. He also gives required advise to overcome the issue. I can say that his hospitality and soft spoken nature can bring happiness to the patient. For those who wants good consultation and medication, I recommend Dr.Taufik to the Penangites. Thanks to Pearl clinic for having such a wonderful and understandable doctor...

β β β β β I would say this is one of the best clinic which I regularly visit.. infact all the doctors over here are good ?.Dr Taufeek which I recently see him he is excellent in his profession where he really listen to his patients and understand what the the problem and prescribe the correct medicine which I really need it.. Also one good things I notice from him is he don't rush for next patients untill he finish with the current patient. Thanks a lot doctor.. keep it your good service with your humbleness and smile..
