They kept us waiting in a dark and dirty room more than 45 minutes however i told them that i don’t need the hard copy of the test result, i only wanted the test result to be reflected on Mysejahetra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostile receptionist, does not practice first come first serve, unmasked man sitting at stair case claiming that he is the security and keeps on asking customer to go to a waiting room that has a few plastic chairs instead of the waiting place at the reception that has sofas, has to remove shoe to enter but floor is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being let down by the pre-booked service by mysafetravel to have a RTK test completed at my hotel. They never showed up and so Klinik Plaza saved the day!
After my hotel checked availability, we were able to go straight to the clinic.
Everyone was really friendly and accommodating and it really gave us reassurance that they could help!
