★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionists. Had to wait a long time because they were so slow and unprofessional. One of them were even video calling someone on the phone and could not pay full attention in her job. Besides, the receptionists couldn't even wear their masks properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't say not to come to this clinic even if it's few ringgits cheaper, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! The treatment to the patients is horrible and impolite.
There was a long queue of over an hour. And even I was the first on the queue, the moment they let the next 10 people in and they asked for passport/ID, they didn't follow the queue. They mixed all the passports/IDs and started calling people in DISORDER! Which is rude to those who came first and waited for that long. I informed them about this and they were rude again and continued processing patients in disorder.
I came here recommended by my friend, who is friend of the owner. However, I'm leaving unpleasantly.
I hope they inprove their behavior, procedure and professionalism.
Ps. The doctors were nice thought, 5 starts to them!
Unfortunately, this review goes to the clinic in general which overall was unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the most price-competitive PCR test in the neighborhood. Staff are quick and efficient but due to high amount of patients they are serving daily, queues can be long and standing outside in order to follow SOP protocol.
Did my swab test in the morning and collected my hardcopy results lunch time day after. Tried to whatsapp earlier but response time is quite slow, guessing it's due to the same front desk staff needing to juggle their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff was unapproachable,very rude! Though there's no long queue but still they're VERY LAZY ,they don't even know how to talk properly to patients.. maybe they are not happy working, those staff in counter better train the proper manners..
