★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak pernah jumpa lagi klinik yg ambik masa pya lama nk tgk patien...dah la bwk warga emas kena tggu sampai 3+jam baru jumpa doktor...klinik apa kebenda mcm tu???
Sapa yg nk merasa servis kalah hospital gh boleh mai try sini...
 I have never seen a clinic that takes a long time and is not patient ... I have to wait until 3+ hours to see a doctor ... what kind of clinic is that?
Anyone who feels that the service has lost the hospital can try here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call Tanya boleh scan baby staff cakap boleh, dh sampai dh tggu time jumpa Dr, Dr cakap x reti guna ultrasound..lol..Dr vet Pon reti scan la perut kucing..kalau x leh scan cakap x leh scan x da la aku nk dtg malam2 kt klinik hg..
Call Ask if you can scan the baby staff say yes, dh until dh tggu time see Dr, Dr say x reti use ultrasound..lol..Dr vet Pon reti scan the cat's stomach..if x leh scan say x leh scan x da la aku nk dtg malam2 kt klinik hg ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management, bad attitude of the staff working there (lazy to help, irresponsible, don't care whether your problem solve or not, keep delay especially writting medical report), maybe the Doctor there also the same attitude that why their assistant also act like that, the staffs there even disconnect my phone call 2 times, purposely don't want pick up call to explain when they know they are wrong, give out a lot of zero promises like "Ok i will get back to you" with no news then. When u call back to follow up what is the status they will just keep repeating the same answer "Don't know/memang lambat macam ini/not you only but many still pending/patient banyak everyday/wait Doctor free only can ask for u/later & later only get back to u/the person u call last time Cuti hari ini so u need to call back other day/No person in charge for u/kita sibuk sekarang so byebye..." I suspected their management system still even lousy than government clinic/hospital. Still got lot of improvement area for a clinic.
So, definitely NOT RECOMMEND to go this clinic if u need a long term good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened early, but Dr arrival only ar 10am. So keep your sickness until 10+ am because whatever complain you have will only be entertained once the dr arrived.
A very negative customer's experience, despite the clinic now operate at their new location (beside skbi). When you have no fantastic experience here, there is no reason to come back.
Customer's service need to be improve, talk with eye contact is like waiting for a miracle to happen. Heed for a smaller clinic where the service is more to offer than a luxury clinic like this but otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did ear suction to remove blocked ear wax. I would rate 10/10 for the doctor, services and equipments used. Fast and painless and cheap. Highly recommending this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hours clinic , but when u go u need to wait 1 hours ++++ for the dr ( pergi cari makan) i dont think so worth it for this swasta klinik??? even goverment clinic also dont need to wait for the dr going to find food first, if cant open for 24 hours for patient dont please dont harm your business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for today 25 september 2021, my comments are: Very nice environment, clean tidy, silent, comfort.
I did call before coming, asking few question,
the person pick up very fast and answer nicely, i come today for treatment, short waiting time which is great, very professional and respectful, their attire also clean n nice, doctor responded nicely, i have medical background so i guess they do explain in a good way assuming im not from medical background, fast service, price is cheaper than previous other clinic i have been,
i dont understand why other people comment badly before, because i find everything is almost perfect, mayb they have improve a lot, and as for today, i honestly will recommend this clinic to my family and friends,
overall, thank you so much for your excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there on a Sunday, around 12 noon for ear infection checkup. this is my first time here, and definitely wont be the last because of the good first impression. i called to
ask about ENT clinic before coming, and my call got answered within few rings only. Charges for consultation,ear infection checkup, earwax removal, and 5 ear medications is very reasonable (less than rm200). waiting time is short, waiting area is clean, tidy and comfortable. clinic accept debit card payment. toilet only one, but clean. doctor was very understanding, attentive to my complaints about my condition, professional, and she took time to discuss the checkup result with me which i really² appreciate. the clinic and pharmacy assistants, were also kind and helpful, professional and all smile, (save for the registration lady). all in all, 5 stars from me. keep up the good work.
