★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for more than 1 hour to see the doctor though only 2 patients including my son. Dr is doing something it seems... Seriously??.. in total almost 2 hours time spent there.... adehhhhhhh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 2 hours! Its a clinic for god sake. People go to clinic because need of medical ATTENTION! We dont have 2 hours of waiting. I dont mind if there's a lot of patient, but there's none! To make it worse, there's a supplier waiting and he got in first and patient have to wait. So business first then medical attention can wait?! What kind of etiquette is that.
Who ever got time to wait, better go to Government Clinic. Waiting time will be the same but you gonna spend just RM 1.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this clinic! Dr Razana is very lovely and passionate in treating her patients. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 5th visit here. My health condition is getting better and I am so grateful to be cared and treated by Dr Razana ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked everyone to book an appointment online but once there i need to wait for another half an hour? And it’s not like there’s any people here, it’s only me waiting. What kind of system is this? Please respect people’s time. The reason people make appointments are so that we can manage our time, you should really do that too.
Really bad time management which is a shame because I really really love Dr Razana. She’s nice, soft spoken and really knows what she’s doing. Always helpful in a lot of ways.
If they can improve then this clinic is perfect ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, my wife have to wait from 11am till 3pm for an appointment, and been forced to take swab test for no reason, even after my wife said that she just did a day before a proper swab test in a different clinic, still forcing my wife to do swab test and ask my wife to pay for it. after my wife told me, i ask her to pass the phone to the old lady doctor, out of sudden after she heard that its me , the husband want to have a word with her, she immediately told that they will write off the swab test, without even speak to me. this is very very bad attitude from the clinic and i would not recommend this clinic at all to others, if you dont want to be scammed.
