β β β β β One of the lady staffs very rude, no work ethic, not even eligable to handle the job scopes. I wonder how the clinicβs management could hired this rude person. Should hire trained staff that good in customer service. The management please contact me for details. (27/3/2019, wednesday)

β β β β β Hi everyone,I came to this selcare clinic in shah alam to get my paid vaccine.Once registered,I requested to use their washroom and they rejected stating that it's only for staff use and we are still on pandemic.What logic is this? I am wandering why they have this type of rules? You can employ someone to do frequent sanitation, if at all you feel we as customer/patient are covid19 carrier.Totally disappointing.

β β β β β Never pick up the call, same time do the pcr test with my friend but never get ang reports after 24 hour, when call or text from telegram asked us call the clinic which never ever pick up the phone~ do not know what is the used of a hotline since it cannot be reach~

β β β β β Very rude staff. I came here purposely from far for booster with redemption of voucher provided by Selvax. The T&C mentioned can walk-in if missed the appointment, during Monday - Friday, from 8.30am - 5.00pm. I arrived the clinic at 4.30pm and the staff told me only 150 booster provided per day and the booster is not provide after 4.30pm. She asked me come again tomorrow if want to, otherwise you suka sajalah if can't make it. I told her i follow all the T&C and purposely came from KL for booster. But now you said can't make it. The doctor even worse and told me walk-in is not acceptable. If like this, why the T&C is stated in the receipt?

β β β β β Me and my husband done booster vaccine through selangkah apps. I got my record within 24 hours, but my husband did not have any record/certificate in MYSEJAHTERA apps. We call to MYSEJAHTERA customer service say have to call Selcare because they did not key in the record. We have call many many times to clinic but did not pick up the calls. What can we do? Weekends did not open, weekdays we all are working and you guys did not pick up customer call.

β β β β β very good. staff very friendly and professional. help us with form registration n giving many info bout vaccine. i guess if patients be nice n respect them, they also nice to u :) also they update mysejahtera n selangkah app very fast! almost immediately after jab. very very good ??????
