★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failure to give medical advice in a proper manner. Dr. Sukhvin didn't bother to check with patient medical history 1st & feeling righteous to just tell patient 'you are old enough' to know this situation is bad for your health & you should do something abt it'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go to this clinic as it was convenient for me and was a panel clinic. Consults were on point so far under Dr Sukhvin but experienced terrible consults from Dr Anushia. Went in and she didn't even bother to carry out the routine procedures like checking my blood pressure, pulse and temp and I ended up being misdiagnosed. Went to KPJ and was diagnosed with sthg much serious and I'm glad they've managed to fix me up well. If you're suspected of having sthg more than a regular cough, cold and fever, be sure to go to a specialist whenever possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for consultation today due to a knee injury which was inflicted due to my own negligence. Upon arriving there, I was greeted very courteously by the receptionist. She asked me for my IC and a couple of details as standard protocol before seating me.
After that, it only took about 10 minutes for my turn as there were 3 other patients before me. The doctor, I assume in her late 20s, was very patient and listened to my predicament before suggesting me to take painkillers and muscle relaxant to monitor my injury. She also advised me to get a knee brace from a pharmacy to aid in the recuperation of my knee. She finished off by telling me that upon finding out that the injury exacerbates, to go back and have an x-ray scan. Overall, she was a very friendly and professional doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segara at the Curve (2nd floor) and the sister clinic in Hartamas offers an excellent service: apart from the usual personal consultation they offer a variety of testing and vaccination options through the Grimbles Lab. The front counter service is friendly, fast and efficient. Thoroughly recommended.

My family utilised the clinic's services for our Pre-Departure Covid tests that is required under the VTL scheme before our return trip. Happened that one of our family members tested positive which results came 24 hrs later. We contacted the clinic for guidance as we are not familiar with Malaysia's covid regulations. They provided us with ample info that makes it easy for us to go through this unfortunate event. The staff was kind and treated us well. Numerous calls made and each time I was pleasantly served.
It is also reasonably priced in comparison with other clinics that quoted more than double their charges.
