★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived on time for my appointment only to find out that because of scheduling incompetencies, I am asked to wait for 1 hour for my appointment to commence. This is very bad service, as time is precious for a business and a customer as well. I have rushed here just to make it on time, being a public holiday. I ask of Management to look into their staff / client management as this is not only poor but unacceptable in today’s competitive market. You just lost the confidence of a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is what I will say about this particular outlet.. not sure for it is the same for the other outlets but I am pretty upset about this..
I had made an appointment prior to my visit. I asked for the price of a bikini wax, was told it was 60 and had agreed to it. So I walk in for my appointment only to be asked with a name of an "additional area" (next to the lips), not knowing what it was, and assuming it was the name of my bikini wax, I just said yes. I go in, am given wet wipes, and was left alone.
She comes back and the process was smooth. I do have to admit that their wax is not as painful! Which is great!
But after it was done, she asked if it was ok. I told her that I wanted it a little thinner than she had done.. she mumbled something and when asked for clarification, she begrudgingly told me to lie down, and when she would pluck some of the shorter hairs, she started becoming more rough with it.
At the cashier counter, right before paying, I was told to fill up a feedback form about my appointment. The options were only yes or no answers with no neutral answers. The questions were also formatted in a biased way so that you would end up with "yes" even if you were slightly unhappy about the appointment.. and so back to the name that I was asked upon entry, turns out, it costs extra 20 to get that done. So when I told her about the price that I was given over the phone, the cashier got upset and gave me the price that was agreed upon prior to my visit. And being upset about the situation, she didn't want to give me the exact change which included a 5 cent difference (not that I'm bothered about the 5 cents, but when the person who waxed me asked her about it, she mumbled something that seemed to suggest that it was the least they could have for this snafu).
While I liked this not-as-painful waxing experience, I don't think that I will be going back there ever again. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here last week, everything is good. Staff appearance is good and well mannered. Until aftet 7days my hair start regrow. I do waxing on lower leg, now it regrow longer than it suppose before. I think its not been stripped right, i thing the hair broke along the process. I used to go to other waxing place but my hair didn't grow this fast. I think i will never go here again?

Strip, pls take note this review!
The waxing is ok but i dont think i’ll ever return after what I experienced. They made me feel super uncomfortable during the treatment. It was pure torture to sit through - half an hour of non stop selling!!!!!
Stop with the excessive hard selling during the treatment if u want customers to return. The worker there kept promoting their products and packages during the waxing treatment that it got so tiring and annoying. I didnt come here for free, I paid full price for the treatment so please respect your customer and give them space. Body image is a sensitive issue anyway. Inform but dont hard sell.
Learn from bubblegum, they dont talk abt their packages and what the customer should buy from their during the session itself. They made us comfortable and simply promote their packages when we are paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to strip for 5 years now and they always do a good job with my treatments and are always friendly. I usually have Amira who knows exactly how I like treatments done and is great. I have varied experiences when getting different therapists as they all have their own style but I think if you find the one you like the it’s great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a Brazilian waxing with Amira. Safe to say it was one of the most enlightening and pleasant experience. She taught me, a med student, so much within the one hour session. It was my first time in a while as well- and even though she said I have a high pain tolerance- the pain was not as bad as other places I've been.
She was telling me about feminine hygiene, hair growth cycles, pH balances and how to take care of yourself down there. No talk about their packages and promotions during the session at all. Very friendly and educational.
In the end, I decided to go there more regularly and also bought a feminine hygiene wash from them. Thank you so much, will definitely recommend.
