โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional staff. I called up for enquiry and an indian female staff answered and told me to hold the line as she is attending to a patient. Waited patiently for 5 minutes and can hear her laughing around chit chatting and then she came but hang up my call directly. Very rude indeed!!

โ โ โ โ โ Super terrible service! I done my booster last two weeks at here. MySejahtera no status update. I called to counter and told me have to wait, they will update since too many people. Okay, I wait for it. 1 week ago, still no update the status yet.

โ โ โ โ โ Just went to consult the doctor to have blood test done. Dr Chong spoke rudely and impatiently when I explained my concerns. Instead of listening to my explanation on my previous diagnosis, he just brushed off whatever I need to say and look at me with agitation and talked hurriedly over me without listening what I have to say. Worst clinic ever, will never want to step foot into this clinic in the future. Rude, self-aggrandizing Doctors

โ โ โ โ โ I went for dr with my maid. Me is sore throat, maid is sneeze. Dr juz ask us symptoms but didn't ask us open mask n mouth to check our inner throat... Then juz said take medicine n rest more....
Very disappointed. As the consultation juz talking no checking. N give me a lot of medicine.

โ โ โ โ โ Wednesday evening my wife went the Klinik.female indian Dr unprofessional Pls do not go to this Klinik,
1. Dr. takdek eye contact with the patient, busy typing.
2. Dr did not even explain what the disease could be and all the details.
3. Dr. kind of take easy and want fast.
4. Dr does not focus when the patient explains.
5. No rapport between patient and Dr

โ โ โ โ โ yes it is very terrible, first of all I went to this clinic to do simple dressing on my knee, hell the staff there just use newspaper, you know I have been to 4 clinics, the others are using proper linen protector, this clinic used newspaper and the solution dripped into my pants some more, very unprofessional. Also, the Dr is not guiding, and I dont think consultation is given, no medications given, total rm70. The technique is poor also. Totally not worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked for Pfizer vaccination on for 30th march 2022 at 5.30pm. Come here then the deskman in yellow said only can give Pfizer/booster if have 5 people.
i'd booked ady using MySJ lah, not simply walk in. No wonder all the review are bad one. its legit. Dont waste your money n time to come here.
Will report KKM for this issue.
