β β β β β Doctors are good. But frontier slow service with 3 people in queue and I'm there just for collect medicines.. Its supposed to be easy job.. Couse im taking monthly medication there.. Really not happy with this staff.

β β β β β If you have other choice, seriously no need to visit here! Waste a lot of time. There's really a lot of other clinic that can serve you better.
Registration took 20mins (there is NO OTHER PATIENT).
Doctor consultation is fast.
Then took 15 mins for payment & collect medicine. (it may take longer if i didn't show them my unsatisfying face).
There are 3 nurses, seriously, what is your job responsibility? Talking & laughing? Arranging the clinic appearance when there is patient waiting? Please provide training again to them. Or else, good luck to your clinic.
The nurse didn't even know how to wear mask properly! Mask is under chin??????? How come so irresponsible?
LET ME CLARIFY AGAIN, THERE'S NO OTHER PATIENT WAITING FOR REGISTRATION & DR'S CONSULTATION. HAVE NO PATIENT!

β β β β β I called the clinic for walk in vaccine and the staff requested to walk in at 10am. As I walk in to the clinic the other staff claims that there is no walk in and it is only by appointment. The staff was very rude. Very poor service.

β β β β β Doctor explanation not clear. When I asking question, he mad at me. He just said, take the medicine. If still pain, come back.
Doctor should explain the purpose of medications.
Lousy doctor.

β β β β β This clinic is very slow. I have waited for 45 mins and they just attended 2 person and they are a lot people waiting in queue. Worst of all, they let 1 person cut the queue and when a guy asked the staff why she could go in before him, they claimed that it was for vaccine appointment when clearly they do not have the man power to do so. I walked out of the clinic after waiting so long. Please refrain from visiting to this clinic if you do not have the time and patience.

β β β β β Although sometimes waited for so long because is crowded only in the morning usually. However, the Doctors here were professional to me. Medicine and advises given were effective, able to resolve the diagnosis that I had so far. I have experienced the same services for the past 17 years
