very unclear procedure to me and shouted at me because I made a small mistake. I just want to let you know that not everyone knows about some of the procedures that's going to be carried out so you as a nurse should KNOW how to explain from A to Z very well. Forget the one star. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude nurse. Went there for xray (first time xray). I don't know that I must take off all clothes. The nurse shout me at close range in front of everyone at lobby. On the other day, I went there for sore eyes. The doctor just ask me a few question without do any checking. When the bill come out, very expensive. Better I go to pharmacy if just asking the question. Very bad service.

The doctor tried to prescribe medicine for every little thing, even for symptoms that my son didn't have. When I asked the nurse to break down the cost of items, her excuse was "We don't itemize medicine like this". Does every patient come with the same combination of diseases??? Why are different types of medicine packaged together? After I insisted on knowing the individual cost of the medicine, she miraculously gave me the cost for each medicine. At this point, I feel like she was just making up numbers. Very expensive place. Find another clinic nearby. There are a few within walking distance.
