★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever that i have been gone . When i have ear pain and went there , the young girl dr checked me and she didn’t even ask me if i have any medication allergy, or anything!!!!! And i were in severe pain and waiting for medicine to give in the reception like almost 15min. And after two days also my pain didn’t subside and went for another good clinic , and they told the medicine which i was taking is muscle pain medicine ??. Waste of money to go here.

1-myself is sick and the doctor did not even check me or touch me just consult and give the medicine and of coz i can do that in the pharmacies ?
2-my kids is sick with cough the same doctor only check the breathing im the one to ask the doc can u check my daughter throat?
Like seriously we know now is the covid era but please as a healthcare please la do your job properly if u scared so much wear ppe la like others clinik or dont be a doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I accompany my father for vaccine booster. The flow is so smooth and the Staff Nurse NAR (VACCINATOR) is so polite and explain everything before administer vaccine . She is Knowledgeable Nurse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sucks!..came for booster dose based on the appointment in MySejahtera. Waited for almost 2hours. They dare to see patient which came way after me..bila tanya alasannya doctor sorang..if nak treat by giliran, I came dulu then other patient..its not me yg chose thia clinic at the 1st place..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very freaking long wait !! Waited for 2 hours just to see doctor. Front desk with too many staff looks redundant as they dun seems to be busy. Always using phones and pc. Much to improve ....!! For now, it looks like government Klinik Kesihatan with absolute no quality control or SOP in place for the waiting time at all. Very bad !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic doesn't even deserve a star!!! Came to check perhaps I am catching fever due to my stye. The moment I told about the stye the locum Dr immediately suggest me to go to hospital, FOR INCISION, and she will produce referral letter. First, I have been exploring on stye and asked practitioners around, no such suggestion, can be treated without incision. Second, my stye is not even a peanut size, and she also didn't ask how long has it been. Third, she didn't even bother to diagnose on what I felt as fever, not even temperature check by her, just simply trying to prescribe me "panadol" of which she described as pain killer. I think this is the most ridiculous consultation by GP I have ever had. Seriously, don't take things easily, people are paying for your service. This is a world full of info, and people are well-educated. Well, I got my oral antibiotics for the stye though. But I don't think this was a good experience. So bad... I don't recommend this clinic. Period. Sorry. You may be an established clinic with many branches. But having this experience and reading many other reviews, you don't deserve a recommendation. Quality is not your priority obviously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) I’ve been to the same clinic for 3 times (1 time for vaccination). Even during low occupency, the service given is very poor & slow.
2) Unfriendly environment. The staffs and the doctors are always in a grumpy mood. No greeting, no smiling.
3) Unproffesional & immature staff. The staff pronounce my name wrong and have the audacity to laugh instead of saying sorry.
